The episode starts with Virat making Savi sleep. He thinks about what Sai is doing with Satya. He doubts if Bhavani’s words are correct about Sai and Satya’s relationship. He takes his car keys and leaves. Pakhi notices Virat from the window. Sheetal and Rani discuss Sai may get married to Virat again. Male Nurse comes there and tells Sheetal and Rani that Sai is having an affair with Satya. Rani warns him to not talk nonsense. He leaves. Virat comes to the hospital and asks Male Nurse about Sai. Male Nurse informs him that Sai is with Satya in the basement cabin. He talks badly about Sai and Satya. Virat holds his collar and asks how he can talk wrongly about Sai. Male Nurse asks him to see by himself if he doesn’t believe him.
Sai and Sat return to the cabin. Satya asks Sai if she is serious about marriage. Sai says she will definitely marry for the word she gave to her son. Satya says your condition is worse than mine and wishes I can help you. Sai thinks about Virat’s words. Satya asks where she is planning to search for the groom. Sai looks on. Ink falls on Sai’s apron because of Satya. Sai asks why he always spoils her apron. Satya says sorry and says he will clean it and gets liquid. Sai says no need and pushes it then that liquid falls on Satya’s eyes. Sai holds Satya’s hand and blows in his eye. Virat comes there and misunderstands the situation seeing them. Virat pushes Satya. Satya tries to explain but Virat doesn’t listen. Sai says let Virat speak his thoughts. Virat asks Sai why she didn’t tell him about her affair with Satya then he may not run behind her. He asks why she plays the victim card. Sai asks what. Virat accuses Sai of having an affair with Satya and says she is just acting like caring for him and his family. Satya says he is misunderstanding the situation but Virat pushes him. He warns him to stay away.
Virat asks Sai if she is going to marry Satya. Sai says yes, I’m going to marry Satya, and whatever you said about me is correct. She says I want to punish you by making you go through my situation that’s why I acted in Infront of you and took revenge on you. She says glad you find everything and you want to know from my mouth so I’m confessing to you directly that I’m going to marry Satya. Virat sees Satya helplessly. Sai ousts Virat from the cabin and closes the door. Virat feels shattered and leaves from there in anger.
Virat returns home and he breaks Sai’s photographs in anger and hurts himself. On the other side, Sai cries badly. Satya feels helpless seeing her situation. The next Sai wakes up and thinks about Virat’s accusations. She sees Satya sleeping in the chair. Sai coughs. Satya wakes up and asks if she is fine. Sai asks why he slept in a chair. Satya says he can’t leave her in a broken state. Sai thinks she didn’t ask Satya’s opinion. Satya asks her to drink an energy drink. Sai asks if he can marry her. Satya gets shocked.

Precap – Bhavani sees Virat’s state and asks him what Sai told him. Virat says Sai is going to marry Satya. On the way, Sai says to Satya that she will tell the truth about her past to his family. Satya stops his bike and says his family will object to their marriage if they learn the truth.
