The episode starts with Bheema giving the gun to Sai and asking her to shoot either Virat or Satya. Sai gets shocked. Bheema asks Sai to shoot Virat or Satya. Virat asks Bheema to not talk to her but to talk to him. Sai thinks about her moments with Satya and Virat. Satya asks Sai to shoot her and says he already told Virat that their marriage is a deal so shoot me. Virat pleads with Sai to not shoot Satya. Virat tells Bheema that his demands won’t get fulfilled if anyone gets harmed. Bheema says to Sai that he will kill everyone if she doesn’t kill one. Satya asks Sai to shoot her and says he wants her reunion with Virat. Virat asks Sai to not listen to Bheema.
Sai points her gun at her head. Bheema stops her. Bheema says to Sai that he will make it easy and makes her hold the gun and point it at Virat and Satya. Sai closes her eyes. The gun gets fired. Bheema gets shocked to see his man Raghav get shot. Bheema asks Sai to treat Raghav. Sai says she will treat him if they promise they won’t harm any hostage. Bheema agrees.
Sai and Satya treat Raghav. Sai asks Satya why he asked her to choose to save Virat. Satya says I know your heart beats for Virat and you’re with me seeing my state so please return to him. Sai says he can’t decide her choice. Satya asks Sai to use the chance she has to reunite with Virat. Terrorists notice they treated Raghav and make them sit in their seats. Sai is about to fall but Virat holds her.
The nurse asks Karishma to take the baby to the medical camp as she is crying badly. Karishma escapes from there seeing Vinayak. Virat thinks he has to take a gun from Air Marshel. He tells Bheema that he needs to use the washroom. Bheema agrees. While going to the washroom, he falls on Marshel and takes the pen. He couldn’t get a chance to take the gun from Marshel. Bheema asks Virat to not try to outsmart them. Virat says he is not.
Virat decides to take Sai’s help to get the gun. He leaves a message for Sai on tissue paper. Bheema asks Virat to come out. Virat comes out. He signs Sai to implant his plan. Sai says she needs to use the washroom. Bheema comments on him. Satya diverts the Terrorist’s attention saying Raghav is gaining consciousness. Sai is about to go to the washroom. Terrorists stop her. Bheema asks his man to see if Virat left anything in the washroom. Bheema’s man checks it and notices there is nothing. Bheema allows Sai. Sai enters the washroom and reads Virat’s message that she needs to take the gun from the Air marshal. Sai thinks she has to do it. She disposes Virat’s chit then she successfully takes the gun. She points a gun at Terrorists and asks them to place their gun on the floor.
