The episode starts with Ishaan asking Yashwant not to be worried and says Surekha will be fine. Yashwant says to Ishaan that Surekha is in this situation because of him. Ishaan says he went to the interview because Shantanu got an award. Ishaan says it’s not his fault. Nishikanth says to Ishaan that Surekha was watching the interview when she got a heart attack. Nishikanth says it’s a good thing that Reeva saw Surekha in his cabin and brought her to the hospital. The college staff says Surekha was not even having breath but Reeva revived Surekha giving CPR to her.
The doctor comes to Bhosle family and says to Bhosle family that Surekha is out of danger. The doctor says they were only able to save Surekha as they brought Surekha on time and they also gave CPR to Surekha at the right time. Ishaan hearing this comes to Reeva.
Ishaan hugs Reeva and thanks Reeva for saving Surekha and says to Reeva that she doesn’t know what kind of help he has done to her. Reeva says she is happy that she was able to help him.
Savi’s family show the dresses to Savi and asks Savi to choose a dress for her felicitation. Harini shows a new dress that she brought for Savi. Savi still doesn’t like it. Ninad says to his family that if a woman doesn’t like the dresses she is seeing it means that she already likes a dress. Bhavani asks Savi what is the dress that she likes. Savi says she will wear her mother’s dress that Sai wore on her felicitation.
Anvi says to all the family members that Ishaan is not eating anything. Yashwant says when Ishaan is feeling guilty his stomach hunger will not matter to him. Shantanu asks Yashwant what is he talking about. Yashwant says Surekha is in this situation because of Savi. Shantanu comments on it.
Ishaan recalls what happened and feels guilty. Reeva comes to Ishaan and offers him juice. Ishaan says he will not have it. Reeva tries to calm down Ishaan but Ishaan doesn’t calm down. Reeva later explains to Ishaan that the true meaning of love is patience and says he needs to wait for Surekh’s forgiveness. Reeva asks Ishaan to apologise to Surekha if she doesn’t forgive him then he needs to fight for her forgiveness. Ishaan thanks Reeva for clearing his confusion. Yashwant observes all of this from a distance.
Harini comes out and sees that there is a parcel for Savi. Harini brings it for Savi and asks Savi to open it. Savi opens the gift and sees that it is a really expensive saree. Savi thinks who might have sent this gift. Ninad says he knows who sent this gift.

Precap:- Ishaan felicitates Savi at her felicitation. Harini sees Ishaan and Savi and says to Bhavani that they are looking like Sai and Virat. Harini asks Bhavani if they will also become a good pair.
Reeva calls Savi and says to Savi that her marriage has been fixed and asks Savi to come to her marriage. Savi agrees.
