- What’s your fitness secret?
I love staying fit—it runs in the family. My father was in the Air Force; he was a national-level boxer and an excellent cricket player, so fitness was always part of our lifestyle. The key is simple: eat well and burn it out. Don’t just sit with your food—go for walks, hit the gym, and understand that your body needs exercise. I maintain a balanced diet and keep myself active. That’s the secret.
2. How do you manage time for yourself while balancing work and family?
It’s extremely difficult—I won’t lie. But both aspects are equally important to me. When something is an essential part of your life, you automatically start making time for it. I’ve been lucky—God has been kind. My family, including my kids, are very supportive and responsible, which makes it all a little easier.
3. What’s the secret to keeping a marriage strong and secure?
The only true recipe is mutual respect and understanding. Over time, you must realize that a couple needs to be each other’s strength—not competitors. Don’t constantly complain. Respect each other deeply, and everything else falls into place.
4. If there’s one habit you could change about yourself, what would it be and why?
Definitely overthinking. It creates chaos in the mind. I tend to overthink because I care deeply, but I know it’s not the healthiest habit. I’m working on it and would love to let go of it more often.
