The episode starts with Sowjanya Rao visiting DBST College. Sowjanya Rao decides to make this college his. Sowjanya Rao comes to Rishi’s cabin and sits in it. Rishi comes and sees Sowjanya Rao in his cabin. Sowjanya Rao introduces himself as MD of MSR ( M. Sowjanya Rao) educational institutions. MSR says to Rishi that he wants to open a medical college just like them and asks Rishi if they can collaborate. Rishi asks MSR why did he choose them to collaborate? MSR says to Rishi because they are the best college right now. MSR says he will help them in opening a Medical college and says if they both merge then they can open the college as quickly as possible.
Rishi agrees to take MSR’s help and says to MSR it will be good if they put on paper how they will cooperate. MSR agrees. Rishi calls Vasudhara and introduces MSR to Vasudhara saying he is going to help them in opening the medical college and says he will bring the proposal sheet next time. Sowjanya Rao warns Rishi to be careful saying he heard about the news. MSR thinks if Rishi couldn’t find out about the hidden enemies then the damage will already be done.
Vasudhara shares the good news with the Bhushan family. Jagathi and Phaneendra praise Rishi for his work and dedication to the college. Phaneendra says it is their father’s dream to open a medical college and he is close to that goal and feels happy about it. Rishi says he is doing what he has to do. Devayani also praises Rishi.
Rishi messages Vasudhara in the night. Vasudhara replies back. Rishi asks Vasudhara what is she doing? Vasudhara says nothing. Rishi and Vasudhara chat for a while. Vasudhara says to Rishi that she is happy for him saying he is going to achieve his goal. Rishi says he has another good news and asks Vasudhara to come to her room.
Devayani asks Vasudhara where is she going? Vasudhara says she is going to Rishi’s room as Rishi called her. Devayani admonishes Vasudhara’s behaviour of going to Rishi’s room at this time. Devayani asks Vasudhara to go to her room. Rishi stops Vasudhara and says to Devayani that he called Vasudhara to her room and says they have to discuss about college matters. Devayani says no matter what it is not right for Vasudhara to come to his room in the middle of the night.
Jagathi asks Devayani what did Vasudhara do wrong by going to Rishi’s room at this time? Devayani reminds Jagathi that Rishi and Vasudhara haven’t been married. Jagathi says to Devayani. Vasudhara knows her limits. Jagathi also reminds Devayani that this is not first time Rishi and Vasudhara went into each other rooms. Devayani comments on what she said. Rishi asks Devayani not to make a big scene out of this and leaves from there with Devayani. Jagathi requests Devayani not to interfere in Rishi and Vasudhara.
