The episode starts with Shailendra calling his goon. He asks his man what they are doing. Shailendra’s man says they are on a mission to kill Rishi. Shailendra asks them to kill Rishi within an hour. He tells him the plan to implement. Goon agrees.
Jagathi recalls everything. She sees Rishi’s photo and says she took the decision to save his life but indirectly she killed him. Rishi sees goons attacking one person. That person asks Rishi to help him. Rishi fights with goons to save that man and at the time the person who asked Rishi to help stabs Rishi from the back multiple times according to Shailendra’s plan. Rishi falls unconscious on the floor. Shailendra’s goons notice Rishi is dead. Rishi’s photo falls and gets broken. Jagathi feels worried for Rishi’s safety.
Shailendra’s goon calls Shailendra and informs him that Rishi is dead. Shailendra feels elated and asks them to take how much money they want. He thinks now no one will stop him from becoming MD. People surround Rishi and call for an ambulance. Mahindra comes to that place and learns some guy got attacked. He doesn’t see his face and prays for the person’s well-being. Rishi is taken to the hospital in an ambulance and which turns out to be the hospital where Vasudhara’s mother is getting treated. Vasudhara doesn’t see Rishi’s face.
The Doctor sees Rishi’s condition and says he can’t treat the person without the family’s consent of the patient. Vasudhara hears and says she signs the NOC form and asks Doctor to treat the patient. She signs the form. She is unaware that the patient is Rishi. She sees a bracelet while the Doctor and Nurses are taking Rishi inside. She thinks if it’s Rishi and goes to check on him but Nurse stops Vasudhara in the end moment and reveals to her that her mother is no more. Vasudhara and Chakrapani go to Sumithra’s rook and cry for her. Doctors try to treat Rishi but his heart stops.
After 3 years, it is shown that Mahindra stopped talking to Jagathi. Shailendra and Devayani are still waiting to get the college MD position. Chakrapani supports Vasudhara in her tough times and Vasudhara never talks to Jagathi after that day. Jagathi gives coffee to Mahindra and requests him to talk to her. Mahindra doesn’t talk to her. He asks Dharani to send coffee to him to his room and leaves from there. Devayani and Shailendra enjoy the pain of Jagathi. They discuss when they will get the MD position. Shailendra says he will scare Jagathi again to get the MD position. Devayani asks him to not underestimate Jagathi. Shailendra says he already has some plans against Jagathi.
