The episode starts with Rishi saying it is not impossible to get permission within 10 days. Jagathi says they also hope to get the permission and says why do they need to challenge MSR for this? Rishi says MSR questioned their college prestige. Mahindra, Jagathi, and Vasudhara remind Rishi to be careful with MSR saying he is a cunning fellow. Rishi agrees and decides to start the process of getting permission.
Vasudhara asks Rishi to make a promise asking him what will they do if they don’t succeed. Rishi asks Vasudhara not to think like that and says he can handle any kind of pain. Rishi and Vasudhara leave from there.
MSR speaks with his boss and asks his boss to make sure DBST College doesn’t get the permissions. MSR’s boss agrees.
Rishi and MSR are shown to be counting days. Rishi asks Vasudhara how did they didn’t get permission? Vasudhara says MSR might have stopped them from getting the permission. Mahindra says MSR is coming to their home.
MSR comes to Rishi’s home. Rishi asks MSR why did he come here? MSR mocks Rishi and asks Rishi when should they call the media so that they can announce the merger. Jagathi and Vasudhara come and say to MSR they can do it but before that, they have to show something to him. Vasudhara plays the audio record in which MSR says to an officer that DBST college shouldn’t get permission before them and asks the officer to stop it and gives some money as advance. MSR says with just this they can’t do anything. Vasudhara shows the video to MSR and says they can do something with this. MSR gets a call and gets information that his permission got canceled as he got his permission the wrong way. Mahindra taunts MSR and asks him to leave. MSR leaves from there.
Jagathi, Mahindra, and Vasudhara see that Rishi is really angry. Jagathi and Mahindra send Vasudhara to cool him down. Vasudhara comes and hugs Rishi from the back and reminds Rishi of the promise he made to her that he will not be disturbed by this. Rishi recalls about it and comments saying he invited defeat himself. Vasudhara asks Rishi not to think like that and asks Rishi to come with her saying Minister is waiting for him. Rishi agrees.
Minister asks Jagathi when will Rishi come. Jagathi says he will be here in a minute. Rishi and Vasudhara request Minister’s permission to enter his office. Minister congrats Rishi for becoming MD of DBST Medical College. Rishi gets surprised with Minister’s words.
