The episode starts with Rishi saying it would be good if Jagathi and Vasudhara opened the Logo. Mahindra also asks Jaagthi and Vasudhara to do it. Vasudhara asks Rishi to do it and says they have done it for him. Rishi suggests that all of them do it at the same time. Jagathi and Vasudhara agree. They launch the new DBST medical college logo and everyone gives applause to it. Shailendra understands that Jagathi and Vasudhara are Rishi’s strengths and thinks once he sides them away from Rishi then he can see Rishi’s downfall. Rishi thanks the students and asks them to go to his class. The students leave from there along with everyone. Vasudhara asks Rishi to stay and says she has a gift for him and asks Rishi to close his eyes. Rishi agrees and closes his eyes. Vasudhara puts a bracelet on Rishi’s hand. Rishi opens his eyes and sees the bracelet and says the bracelet is good. Rishi asks Vasudhara why did she gift him a bracelet? Vasudhara says she wants her touch to be with him in every signature he makes and says this bracelet will do that. Rishi says he always thinks of her.
Rishi says to Shailendra how they are going to construct the medical college in the vacant land. Shailendra asks Rishi if all the buildings will be completed before admissions. Rishi says he is hoping for that and says even if they don’t construct they can manage in the buildings they have for a while. Rishi says he will not stop taking admissions. Shailendra thinks he will also see how he is going to open the admissions.
Shailendra gives his phone to Rishi and looks at a file. Shailendra gets a call from MSR at that time. Shailendra takes his phone from Rishi and goes to a side to take the call.
Shailendra scolds MSR for calling at the wrong time and says his phone was in Rishi’s hand. MSR asks how would he know where is his phone and asks Shailendra where is he at the moment? Shailendra says he is at the spot and says we will tally the differences later. Vasudhara comes and asks Shailendra who is he talking to? Shailendra says he is talking to the business partner here. Shailendra and Rishi come to Rishi’s cabin. Phaneendra asks Shailendra if he saw the whole college. Shailendra says yes. Shailendra asks Phaneendra where is his cabin as he didn’t see it? Phaneendra says he doesn’t have one as he doesn’t come to college frequently. Shailendra says to Phaneendra he needs to have his own cabin. Jagathi says to Phaneendra he can take her cabin and asks Mahindra to change the name board on her cabin. Phaneendra says there is no need for it and says if he wants Rishi will give his cabin to him. Rishi agrees and says he will also give his seat to Shailendra also. Shailendra asks Rishi if it is true? Rishi asks Shailendra to sit and makes him sit in his seat. Rishi praises Shailendra saying he is looking like a king. Shailendra makes a comment. Shailendra thinks Rishi is smart as he handled the situation quite well when he tried to create a rift between them.
Devayani asks Dharani to learn how to serve her husband? Dharani says if her husband likes her then he would like everything she does and says if he doesn’t like her then he wouldn’t like anything she does. Devayani comments on what Dharani said.
After a while, Vasudhara makes Rishi sit in his seat and says only he can sit in this seat and no one else. Rishi asks Vasudhara if she got jealous as Shailendra sat in his seat before.
