Episode begins with Mohini notices the Muskaan plant. She says that she will fulfill the promise which she made to Harveer. She notices villagers coming towards her house. She recalls that how villagers questioned about her caste to Maai. She stops them from entering the house. She says that she won’t let them misbehave with Maai. An old lady tells Maai that if the latter revealed the truth then they would not have misunderstood. One man says that it’s good that they got to know Mohini’s caste. Maai tells them that she did not reveal the caste deliberately. Mohini says that they wanted to know her caste to accept her. She adds that they can’t decide that where they want to born. Sarpanch announces that Maai and her family are part of this village from now on. Harphoul says that he won’t forget the insult his family faced.
On the other hand, one man tells Balwant that the latter’s plan backfired. He says that they have to do something. Mohini asks Harphoul to forgive villagers. Maai agrees with Mohini. Harphoul tells her that he forgave them for her sake. Balwant’s servant gives cheque to Abhimanyu for burning his shop.
After some time, Mohini is about to fall while cleaning the house. But Harphoul saves her. He scolds her for not being careful. She tells him that she feels like they started trusting each other. He asks her to not trust him so much. She tells him that she will mix poison in his food. He tells her that she can’t get rid of him easily. He says that he knows that she won’t do something like that. She smiles hearing him. They recalls their marriage and also the moments they shared with each other.
Later, Mohini saves Harphoul from falling down. She tells him that he can’t do anything without her. Harphoul asks her to not live in misunderstanding. He says that she needs his support. Meenu comes there. She takes Mohini to prepare for Hartalika Teej. Village ladies decorates the house. One lady applies mehndi on Mohini’s hand. Meanwhile, Devyani applies mehndi on her hand. Balwant tells Banwari that ladies looks good when they stays in the house only.
Maai tells Mohini that married ladies keeps this fasting. Harphoul says that ladies gets a chance to wear new clothes. Mohini says that husbands can keep fasting too. Shalini taunts her. Maai explains that why they celebrates Hartalika Teej. She tells Mohini that tomorrow the latter can’t drink water too. Mohini gets worried hearing her. Maai says that wives keeps this fasting for long life of husbands. Harphoul recalls that how Mohini ate at dhaba. He tells Mohini that she will need his support tomorrow. She tells Maai that she will keep fasting only if Harphoul keep fasting for her. Maai says that Mohini is right. Mohini says that husband is incomplete without wife. Harphoul says that he won’t keep fasting. Mohini says that she won’t keep fasting too. They glares each other.
