Episode begins with Raghav asking Surili to back off and let doctor see. Rani thinks what might have happened. She goes to kitchen and the helper says this was the soup Surili made for Lekha. Rani sees it. Servant says this bowl smells of medicines, Surili doesn’t let me make anything for Lekha or Surili. Rani goes back. Surili says I am sorry Lekha, I didn’t do anything intentionally. Rani says it’s no one’s fault, the bowl must have the the remaining of the dishwasher chemical so it’s good Lekha vomited it out. Doctor agrees and writes some regular tests and tablets. Samar tries to instigate Raghav that how Rani is still favouring Surili, there is so much partiality. Raghav starts believing him.
Lekha says I know Surili’s intentions are pure and it’s not her fault, maybe it’s because of the state I am in. Doctor is about to say how Lekha is not pregnant but Samar takes him outside to leave him to his car. Surili says I will take care of your medications as I am going to become a Badi Ma apart from being a mom. Lekha says I will take care of it. Roshni signs her to let Surili take care. Roshni says Surili is right, let her take care as you are already weak. Everyone goes. Raghav says Rani gave such a bad reason today to save Surili, what more is required to kick her out of here? Samar says soon she will be, just continue with the plan.
In the room, Shiv praises Surili and appreciates how she handled the situation. Shiv asks Surili to take rest and take care of her own health as well. Surili and Shiv imagine their life with the kid. Then they both argue in a fun way about whether it should be a boy or girl. Mohit comes and calls Shiv for horse riding so he goes. Surili smiles.
Roshni is happy to see Shiv and Mohit together. Rani sees this and asks Roshni about how long is she planning to stay and why she doesn’t do her treatment in Mumbai. Roshni says doctor has asked me to be with family. Rani says this is not your family so start packing your bags soon. Rani goes. Roshni thinks soon I will give Rani the taste of her own medicine. Raghav tries to pitch the idea of a 7 star hotel in Ranak. Rani disapproves of the idea. Raghav tries to emotionally pitch her the idea. Samar is seeing this and enjoying. Suddenly, Roshni calls out for Lekha so everyone gathers around Lekha who is unconscious. Rani gets to know Surili had fed her calcium tablets. Raghav is angry at Surili. Doctor comes and says its an emergency. They start the treatment.
