Episode starts with Nishant getting surprised to see Pallavi in front of him. She returns Imlie’s book. Harish recognises Pallavi and she talks to him. He tells her to come inside. He calls other members of the house. Imlie tells Sundar to make samosas. Imlie thanks Sita Maiya as her plan worked. Aparna hugs Pallavi and everyone asks she should keep visiting Tripathi house. Pallavi reveals she came here to return Imlie’s book. Everyone gets surprised to know Pallavi works in Imlie’s college canteen. Pallavi is about to leave. But Tripathis stop her. Radha is about to reveal about Nishant’s disease but he hides the matter saying he wanted to start a new life in USA so he has to forget his previous relationships. He made new friends there. Pallavi gets upset and she goes from there.
Tripathis ask him why he hid the truth. Nishant says Pallavi should not know about his illness, she will again enter his life and her life will be ruined after marrying an sick person. She deserves someone better. He requests everyone to not reveal anything to Pallavi. Imlie thinks she didn’t expect this will happen. She starts singing a English song in Hindi language. She cheers everyone up and all of them start clapping and enjoying.
Aditya enters and starts scolding Imlie for not studying. He says English is her weak subject, still she is careless. She will fail like this. Imlie gets upset and goes to study but Aditya stops her saying she will talk in English whenever she will open her mouth from next time. Aditya talks to her in English and Imlie replies him in broken English. Tripathis scold Aditya for rebuking Imlie. He gets to know Pallavi came to Tripathi house. He wonders why Pallavi came to return Imlie’s book. Its weird.
Imlie talks to Goddess and calls Aditya rude. He comes and says he only wants Imlie’s good. He asks about Pallavi’s sudden arrival. Imlie replies in English that you don’t understand the language of love, love fights cancer. Aditya supports her for curing Nishant in this process, he believes Pallavi’s love will care him. Imlie stops Aditya and asks what is English meaning of Seheri. Aditya says urban. He further says this should not hamper Imlie’s studies.
Malini reaches house and her parents start questioning her why she is spending time with Kunal shamelessly. She says she can’t be like her parents, who cheated on two women also Anu who spent her life by taunting her husband and vents out frustrations on a innocent girl, she can’t take inspiration from them.
Malini adds she and Aditya won’t badmouth each other even after the divorce like how her parents do by staying in a marriage. Malini warns them to not threaten Kunal again. Anu says he is not a good person for Malini. Latter says if they further try to interfere in her life she will leave the house. If they don’t want that they won’t do anything. Dev and Anu get shocked.
