Star Plus newly launched show Imlie garnered a huge amount of audience from the date of its launch. The gripping storyline filled with twists and plots makes it engaging to audience. The show tells the life of a village girl Imlie whose fate gets entangle with a reporter Aditya and her half sister Malini in a complex love triangle. Earlier it’s seen Aditya buys a dress for Imlie seeing her torn dresses. Now it will be seen that Imlie lies that they are gifted by Sundar but Malini finds the receipt in Aditya’s room.
In the previous episodes it’s seen that Aditya apologize to Imlie and explains about Valentine’s Day to Imlie. All the ladies waits excitedly for their husband’s gifts for V day but Imlie suggests to do something for them too. The ladies of the Tripathi household prepare to celebrate Valentine’s Day while the men gifts her. Aditya notices the torn dress of Imlie and gifts her one dress to Imlie misunderstands it as Valentine’s Day gift. Later, when family asks about the dress she says it’s gifted by Sundar while Aditya gets confused.
In the upcoming episodes it will be seen that Aditya enquires Imlie the reason behind her lie as he didn’t buy the dress with any wrong intention. Imlie clears it to him that he bought it on the wrong day which is Valentine’s Day and people may tend to misunderstand it. On the other hand Malini finds the receipt for the dress in Aditya’s room but Sundar says that it’s him who dropped it there by mistake. However Malini is not convinced and grows suspicious. Later, Sundar questions Imlie about the reason for her lie and asks her who bought the dress for her.
Will Imlie’s lie lands her and Aditya in trouble? Will Sundar and Malini figure out Imlie’s truth?
