The episode starts with Ridhima noticing a rose near the tree and smiling as she understood that Kabir is there. She notices Vansh looking at her and thinks that she must keep conducting the pooja. She goes behind the tree and sees Kabir there. Title track plays as the two look at each other emotionally. Vansh frowns his forehead seeing that Ridhima is not coming ahead but staying behind the tree.
Kabir notices Ridhima’s sindoor and mangalsutra and is sad. He asks her why she called him there. Ridhima informs him about Ragini who was Vansh’s fiancée. Ridhima then walks ahead pretending to conduct pooja. Ridhima Vansh looks at his watch and says that Ridhima took ten seconds to walk around the tree once.
Ridhima walks around the tree again and goes behind tree again. Kabir asks what’s the big deal if there was a girl in the life of a man like Vansh. Ridhima tells him about the statue in backyard. Kabir remembers that Ragini is the girl who suddenly disappeared. Ridhima walks to the front of tree again. Vansh notices that this time she took fifteen seconds and wonders why she is taking so much time for a single round.
Ridhima goes behind tree again and tells Kabir that Vansh murdered Ragini and his mother herself confessed that. Kabir gets happy getting this information and asks her if she got more. Ridhima says that this is all what she got. Kabir says that it isn’t enough and they need evidence to prove that Vansh murdered Ragini. Ridhima walks in front of tree again but Vansh understands that something is wrong.
Ridhima goes to Kabir again and the latter tells her that Vansh keeps every memory safe like a record and if Ragini was that special that he even made a statue of her, then he might have kept some memories of hers somewhere and asks Ridhima to find it.
Vansh is walking towards them. Kabir tells Ridhima that Vansh keeps every memory of his closest ones in a box and she has to find it. Ridhima says that it’s getting harder for her since she is always scared. Kabir says that he was hopeless after Shera but she gave her courage and she is so proud of her because she could do what not even trained soldiers could do. He says that if she gives up, all sacrifices she has made so far will get wasted.
Ridhima walks towards the front of tree again but finds Vansh there. He asks her why she looks so scared and what she saw behind the tree. He walks towards the back of the tree. Ridhima is scared. Kabir looks on. However, Vansh finds no one behind the tree. Ridhima wonders where Kabir went. Vansh says that it took five seconds for him to walk around the tree.
Ridhima asks him if he was spying on her and if now he is satisfied since there is no one behind tree. He says that every thief sees a thief in others too. She makes another round around the tree and completes the pooja. She leaves. Vansh notices the rose near the tree. He leaves too. Kabir was hiding under leaves.
Vansh goes inside the house and sees Ridhima serving breakfast for herself. Vansh says that he heard wives keep fast for Teej ka Vrat and doesn’t even drink water. Ridhima says that this food is for “bhog”. Vansh is not convinced with the fact that Ridhima is keeping fast for his long life.
Ridhima says that if he has so much suspect in his heart, then he won’t have any trust. She adds that she doesn’t even need his trust to keep living and he should understand that she doesn’t play with people’s feelings. She leaves.
Dadi comes and scolds Vansh for speaking rudely to Ridhima. She says that Ridhima didn’t eat or drink anything since morning and he is burning their relationship with his own hands. She asks him to learn to respect others’ sentiments too if he wants respect. She suggests him to remember that Ridhima is his wife and not enemy.
Ridhima goes back in room complaining about Vansh’s arrogancy. Vansh comes with water. Ridhima asks him whether now he trusts that she is keeping fast. Vansh says that he brought water after Dadi asked him. Ridhima says she doesn’t need it.
Vansh taunts her saying that there is fire inside her so she should drink it at least for formality. Ridhima says that she does everything with heart and mind not for formality like he thinks that fast is just a formality so he doesn’t need to do all this for namesake. Ridhima is about to leave but Vansh stops her and says that he cares for his Dadi so, no matter she is thirsty or not, he will make her drink water for Dadi.
He makes her drink water and adds that he doesn’t like it if someone stays hungry and thirsty because of him. He clears that he still doesn’t trust her and never will trust anyone. Ridhima replies that she doesn’t want to win his trust but asks him how Ragini won his trust or maybe he didn’t trust her too. Vansh walks away without answering.
Ridhima says that she kept fast by heart just because she couldn’t lie to Dadi and play with God. She complains that she kept it only to meet Kabir then why Vansh had to break it. Ridhima sits on chair and cries. She convinces herself that her life is connected with Kabir only. She recalls his words about the box of memories Vansh keeps. She looks at the “dhaaga” Dadi gave her and thinks that it will keep blessing and giving her victory.
On the other hand, Vansh is frustrated recalling that poem. He is sure that it was a clear way to call someone but wonders why none came to meet. He wonders if someone came and he didn’t see. Angre comes and says that he should just order and then Ridhima will tell everything. Vansh reminds him that Ridhima is his wife so he is bearing but one day, if she tries to poke her nose in his life, he won’t let her alive.
Angre has brought a box. Vansh opens it and holds a diary which was in it. He says that Ridhima shouldn’t get it otherwise she will come to know everything about Ragini. He asks Angre to get rid of it. Angre leaves with the box and diary.
Ridhima has overheard them and understood that Vansh keeps a memory book and she needs to get it. She follows Angre. The latter gets a call and goes aside to attend it after placing box on a side table. Ridhima walks and is about to open the box when Angre turns around.
