The episode starts with Raghav talking to the receptionist and saying to the receptionist that he will pay for Anuradha’s medical bill. Reet says to Raghav that she doesn’t need his money for Anuradha’s treatment. Raghav comments on it. Reet says to Raghav that they do not have money like him but they have insurance for Anuradha. Reet gives the receptionist the insurance papers of Anuradha.
The doctor says to Reet and Raghav about Anuradha’s condition and says she has been shifted to ICU.
Unnati calls Sharda and reveals to Sharda about Anuradha getting a heart attack and Reet and Raghav being in the hospital with Anuradha. Sharda asks Unnati what is Raghav doing there. Unnati says Raghav has come to Chowdary mansion to bring Reet home. Sharda gets shocked hearing it. Unnati later reveals to Sharda that Reet refused to go back with him to Suryavanshi mansion as Reet has signed in the divorce papers. Sharda feels relieved hearing it. Sharda thinks she has to do something so that Reet will not change her mind.
Reet and Raghav sit beside Anuradha. Reet thanks Raghav for all the help he has done. Reet asks Raghav to leave from here. Raghav says to Reet that he will not leave from here until Anuradha gets better.
Reet and Raghav see Anuradha has trouble breathing. Reet goes to call for the doctor. Raghav says to Anuradha that he doesn’t call her mother because he doesn’t want her to leave him. Raghav says to Anuradha that he cannot leave him and says if she leaves then there will be no meaning of the word mother and comments on it. The Chowdary family comes and sees Anuradha along with Doctor. Anuradha leaves her last breath. The doctor announces Anuradha’s death. The Chowdary family feels sad with Anuradha’s death.
Sharda prays to Goddess and hopes that anything will not happen to Anuradha as if something happens to Anuradha then Raghav will bring Reet home. Pratap says to Sharda that they should go to the hospital to check on Anuradha. Sharda agrees.
Anuradha regains her breath. The doctor says it is a miracle that Anuardha has regained life. Reet says to Raghav that he should leave from here. Raghav says to Reet that he will not leave and comments on it. Reet comments on Raghav and says to Raghav if he hasn’t come to their home then she wouldn’t have spoken about the divorce infront of Anuradha and none of this would have happened. Sharda overhears their conversation. The nurse comes and says Anuradha is out of danger and she wants to talk to both of them.
Anuradha talks to Reet and Raghav and asks Reet to promise that he will fulfill her final wish. Anuradha says she wants Raghav and Reet to always be together. Reet says it is not possible and comments on it.
