The episode starts with Jagriti performing Chhath Puja for Geeta. Ballu complains to Durjan that they cannot allow Jagriti to perform the Chhath Puja in their Chitta community, as they eat meat on a daily basis. Durjan asks Ballu what his problem is, especially since Harish has no issue with Jagriti doing the Vrath. Bindi tells Durjan that while Harish might not have a problem, she does, as Jagriti will suffer a lot by fasting for four days. Bindi tells Jagriti that she will not allow her to do this Vrath, and insists it is an order from her mother. Bindi accidentally burns her hand when she tries to remove food from the mud stove, and Jagriti goes to get water for her.
Amol decides to kill Geeta, as he doesn’t want his reputation to be ruined. He silently vows to Geeta that he will kill her and be rid of her.
Harish comes to Amol’s house, thinking that Jagriti might have come to check on Geeta. He sees Amol cutting the oxygen tube of Geeta’s ventilator and wonders what Amol is doing. Sapna enters the room, causing Amol to stop what he was doing. She expresses worry for Geeta and hopes for her recovery. Amol leads Sapna away, and Harish notices the cut oxygen mask, realizing Amol is trying to kill Geeta.
Jagriti pours water over Bindi’s hand and asks if she really needs to prove how much she loves her. Jagriti reminds Bindi that she taught her that they should endure hunger if it benefits someone else’s health. Jagriti pleads with Bindi to allow her to do Chhath Puja for Geeta, and Bindi finally agrees.
Amol scolds the nurse for not taking proper care of Sapna. The nurse apologizes, explaining that a goat had escaped, and she went to catch it.
Harish is deeply worried about Geeta’s safety, knowing Amol intends to kill her. He hides when Amol returns to the room. Amol makes a remark to Geeta and resumes cutting the oxygen tube.
Jagriti speaks with Kachori, sharing her worry for Geeta since no one is there to look after her. Kachori reassures her that Jhumki, the goat, will take care of Geeta.
Amol finishes cutting the oxygen tube, and Harish prepares to intervene. Just then, he sees the goat and Sapna enter Geeta’s room. As Sapna and the nurse chase the goat, it accidentally pulls off Geeta’s oxygen mask, causing her to gasp. Sapna and the others initially blame the goat, but the nurse notices the cut oxygen pipe and tells Amol that they should actually thank the goat, as it allowed them to discover the problem. Amol instructs the nurse to fix it, then calls the servants to check if anyone else is around. Harish sneaks away.
Jagriti asks Kachori to bring water in a pot containing Gangajal, reminding her to ensure there are no creatures like fish in the water, as that would make it impure. Golu and his friend overhear this conversation.
Harish goes to the Ram temple, praying for Geeta’s safety and vowing not to let Amol harm her.
Golu pretends to help Kachori by placing the water pot on her head, but secretly throws a frog into the Gangajal to make it impure, hoping that this will prevent Jagriti from completing her Vrath.
