The episode begins with Sanjhbati showing the newspaper to family and telling them that they published about Putul’s singing performance with Putul’s photo. Abhimanyu asks her why she doesn’t sing too. Tanushri says Sanjhbati’s mother will think they restricted Sanjhbati. Sanjhbati tells them her mother knows she is not interested in singing now. Abhimanyu says Sanjhbati can focus on a music career. Indumati asks Sanjhbati to join music school again. Sanjhbati says she wants to give her full time to Dritimaan. And Dritimaan is behaving weird nowadays. She reveals Dritimaan struggles to breathe and gets tired easily.
Indumati asks whether Dritimaan went to check up recently. Sanjhbati replies she doesn’t know. And says maybe a relapse happened. She tells them they have to be strong for Dritimaan. Indumati cries. Tanushri tells Indumati that nothing is confirmed yet, so don’t cry. Sanjhbati asks Indumati not to break down. She says they should be happy to keep Dritimaan happy. They hear Putul singing.
Putul comes downstairs and asks them where Jhanak is. Rishi comes there. Tanushri says Putul will sing well today. Indumati says Jhanak convinced Putul. Jhanak comes there. Putul asks Jhanak to make tea for her. Sanjhbati asks Rishi whether he can take leave today. Rishi tells her he can’t. Putul says her morning won’t begin without Jhanak’s tea. Jhanak asks Putul to learn to live without her tea. Rishi asks them whether they invited Aditi. Abhimanyu tells Rishi that he will inform Aditi.
Putul says she will take Jhanak with her. Jhanak refuses to go with Putul. Rishi asks her what her problem is now. He tells her that she is behaving like this because he talked about inviting Aditi. Jhanak tells him it’s not like that. Rishi asks her to stop lying. He says he can see everything. Putul asks him how he can talk like this with Jhanak. Rishi tells her that she doesn’t know the complete matter. Jhanak asks him what else he wants to say about her. Rishi tells her that her real face is out. And he is right. Jhanak tauntingly tells him that he is right always. She asks him to say whatever he wants to say and think whatever he wants to think. Rishi tells her that she lied first and is now arguing.
Sanjhbati asks Rishi how he can talk like that to his wife. Rishi tells her that she doesn’t know the complete matter. He thinks he can’t forget the pain Jhanak gave him. Jhanak thinks Rishi doesn’t want her in the house. They go inside. Abhimanyu asks what happened between them. Tanushri asks him to call Dritimaan.
On the other side, Mishti goes to the clinic and asks Bob why he did not pick up her calls. Bob replies he was busy. Mishti asks her whether he has become her friend because she is a doctor. Bob tells her that it’s not like that. Mishti tells him that he made her feel guilty by talking about patients. Bob apologizes to her. He asks her whether he can call the patients. Mishti agrees and starts examining the patients.
A guy comes there and takes Bob outside. He asks whether Bob told Mishti everything. Bob replies he needs time. That guy asks Bob to scare Mishti. And warns Bob to not forget the deal. Bob says Mishti is not a surgeon. That guy says they have Piyush for that. He asks whether Bob fell for Mishti. Bob asks whether that guy has become mad. That guy says they don’t have time. So let’s take advantage of Mishti. Mishti hears this and leaves from there. Bob wonders what if Mishti heard everything. That guy threatens to kill Bob’s mother.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu says they can’t talk to Dritimaan directly about it. Indumati says Dritimaan wanted to keep them away from pain. Neelu says she will ask Dritimaan. Abhimanyu tells her that Dritimaan won’t say anything. Neelu says they will meet the doctor without informing Dritimaan. And Sanjhbati has reports.

Precap: Jhanak refuses to tell the truth to Rishi. Rishi asks her whether he can think whatever he wants. Later, Putul asks Jhanak to tell the truth to Rishi because misunderstanding creates distance between relationships. Jhanak thinks she did nothing wrong, and one day Rishi will understand that.
Our take: Mishti hears Bob’s conversation with his friend. Now she should use her brain and stay away from Bob. Else she will end up in big trouble. Rishi misunderstood that Jhanak likes someone else now and is meeting that guy secretly. I don’t know why Jhanak is still not telling the truth to Rishi. Because she has no reason to hide the truth from Rishi and family.
Will Mishti trust Bob again? Will Jhanak clear Rishi’s misunderstanding?
