The episode begins with Rishi telling Jhanak to study well to get a seat in a good college in Kolkata. Jhanak tells him she doesn’t know anyone in Kolkata. Rishi tells him he will give his address to her, and she can contact him after reaching Kolkata.
Jhanak asks him about his family. Rishi tells her about his family. Jhanak asks him about his wife. Rishi replies he is unmarried. Jhanak asks him to invite her to his marriage. Rishi tells him he will get married in three weeks. Jhanak says her results won’t be out within three weeks.
Rishi tells her that could happen if the village deity wanted that then. Jhanak asks him to not say anything about the village deity, or else he will be cursed. She says Rishi may be forced to take her to his home and let her stay in his house. Rishi says his future wife is a college professor, and she can help Jhanak in studies. Jhanak asks him whether Aditi is strict. Rishi replies, “Aditi is sweet.” He struggles to walk, and he is about to fall down. So Jhanak holds him and helps him to walk. She plays with goats. Rishi clicks her photos.
Rani asks Jhanak to accompany them to the river. Bua tells Jhanak to go home. Rani asks Bua why Jhanak can’t accompany them. Bua tells Rani not to interfere in her family matters and leaves from there. Sakhi asks Nutan to come with her to the river. Nutan says Sakhi knows villagers gossip about her. Sakhi tells Nutan to not care about that. She says Mangal and Pool’s marriage is going to be announced today. Nutan recalls her marriage with Aniruddh. She says she thinks about Aniruddh whenever she hears about marriage.
Meanwhile, Jhanak teases Mangal and Pool. Nutan comes there and asks Rishi to come for lunch for sure. Bua thinks Nutan is using Rishi for Jhanak. Mangal and Pool exchange garlands. Rishi clicks their photos. Jhanak tells him their family should tell their objection today if they have one. She says family should pay a penalty if they object on the marriage day. Rishi asks, “What if the groom’s or bride’s side refuses to accept the penalty money?” Nutan says then their marriage will happen forcefully.
On the other hand, Putul’s father tells his family that he prepared the guest list. Tanushree asks whether they can invite Nilanchan. Putul’s father refuses. Shurjeet says Nilanchan is Rishi’s elder brother. Indumati reminds them her son betrayed them.
Ishani recalls her past. She tells Raj that she prepared everything and requests Raj to serve today. Raj refuses. Pralay asks Ishani to bring food. Ishani keeps food on the dining table. Jeet asks her to eat with them. Ishani gets scared and says she will eat later. Jeet says he feels like he saw Ishani somewhere. He asks her whether her village is Simulbuni or anything near that village. Pralay says Ishani’s village is near Simulbuni. Jeet says his village is near Simulbuni too. Ishani tells him he misunderstood and he never saw her. Jeet tells him he thinks she forgot about the village fair. Ishani says she visited her village a few times only. Jeet says he saw Ishani in the village, and he is sure about it because her face did not change at all.
Pralay asks, “What a coincidence!” Jeet asks him to visit his village farmhouse. He reveals his and Ishani’s story without taking names. He tells Ishani that she must remember this. Ishani lies; she doesn’t know about that. Pihu says that girl’s husband will throw her out of the house after learning the truth. Ishani drops the food bowl. Everyone scolds Ishani. Pralay asks Ishani what happened to her today. Jeet says it’s fine. He asks them not to scold Ishani. Ishani thinks she doesn’t know why God is punishing her. She understands Jeet’s intention.
Rishi asks Nutan why she made so much. Nutan asks him to eat. Rishi eats and says it’s tasty. Nutan tells him Jhanak will take him to the lodge. Jhanak asks Rishi to come to the village with his wife next time. Rishi asks her to call him if she needs any help then. Nutan asks whether Rishi knows Bhavanipur. Rishi says his in-laws live there. Rishi and Jhanak wonder whether Nutan’s husband lives in Bhavanipur.

Precap: Rishi asks Jhanak to stay in the lodge until the rain stops. Jhanak cries and says she can’t stay there. She thinks bad things will happen if she stays with a stranger at night.
