The episode begins with Jhanak tells Judge that she learned the truth about Srishti due to Brij Bhushan. She says Srishti betrayed Brij Bhushan. She reveals Brij Bhushan died because of Srishti and Kul Bhushan. She informs Judge about Aniruddh and Arshi. She says she returned to Bose’s house due to Choton. She says she was taking care of Arshi in her pregnancy days. She tells Judge that she was alone in the hospital on Arshi’s delivery day because the Bose family was busy with Choton’s post-marriage function.
Jhanak says the nurse did not inform her about Arshi’s delivery. She tells Judge why she suspected Omkar’s baby as Arshi’s baby. She asks Judgewhy she would involve herself in child trafficking when she is capable of becoming a star. She adds that the judge should take a decision now because she told everything that she wanted to say.
The judge asks whether anyone is against Jhanak’s statement. Arshi tells Judge that she is against Jhanak’s statement. Mimi tells Judge that she wants to say something. Shubhankar tells Mimi not to interfere in all this. Mrinalini tells Shubhankar to let Mimi support the truth. Mimi goes to the witness box and tells the judge that her family troubled Jhanak, including her. Mr. Roy tells Judge that it has nothing to do with this case. The judge tells Mimi to continue. Mimi says Jhanak never tried to break any family. Srishti asks Arshi what Mimi is saying.
Mimi tells Judge that Jhanak left Bose’s house many times and Jhanak was forced to return. She says she realized her family is mentally harassing Jhanak; that’s why she came to support Jhanak. She informs Judge that her family gave a complaint against Jhanak, which is wrong. She says Jhanak is not the person who can be involved in a child trafficking case. The judge tells Mimi to go and sit.
Jhanak’s lawyer calls Arshi to the witness box. He asks Arshi whether she thinks her baby died due to carelessness of Jhanak. She says Jhanak did not inform her family deliberately. He asks her whether she thinks her family could have saved her family. She says she thinks so. He calls the doctor and asks whether Arshi’s family could have saved Arshi’s baby. The doctor says Jhanak is not the reason for Arshi’s baby’s death. She tells Judge that an unexpected thing happened in the nursery room.
The judge asks about Omkar. Mr. Roy tells Judge that Omkar doesn’t want to get involved in this case. The judge asks them why they are wasting time. He asks whether anyone wants to say anything. Aniruddh tells Judge that he wants to say something. He goes to the witness box and tells the judge that Jhanak did nothing wrong with others, but she was tortured. He says Jhanak is a dancer and her future is bright. Srishti asks Judge why they are listening to Jhanak’s life story. The judge tells Srishti to keep quiet.
Aniruddh tells Judge that Jhanak is not responsible for his baby’s death. He requests the judge to not let his family ruin Jhanak’s life. He says Jhanak went to jail unnecessarily and Jhanak deserves to live with respect. He asks Judge to release Jhanak. Police officer Sanjay tells Judge that Jhanak is innocent. The judge says there is no solid evidence against Jhanak, so he dismisses the case. He announces Jhanak is innocent. Jhanak and Aniruddh get happy hearing this.
Aniruddh goes to Jhanak. The police inspector tells Aniruddh that the latter can meet Jhanak after completing the process. Aniruddh tells Jhanak that he will wait for her outside because they are going to spend their life together. Arshi gets shocked hearing this. Jhanak thinks she won’t break Aniruddh’s family and looks at Arshi. She decides to never meet Aniruddh again. She thanks Mimi. Mimi says she told the truth. The police inspector takes Jhanak with him.
After some time, Jhanak goes out. Bipasha hugs Jhanak and says she is happy. She introduces her brother, Chirag, to Jhanak. Jhanak says she will leave the city after staying in Bipasha’s house for a few days. Bipasha gives a sweet to Jhanak. Jhanak says she did not eat well and ate sweets. Bipasha tells Jhanak to eat everything. She thinks Jhanak will sleep soon and smirks.
