The episode begins with Jhanak continuing her protest by sitting in front of Home Minister Viswajith’s house. On the other side, Aditi asks Aniruddh what the home minister said. Aniruddh tells her that they will get an update tomorrow. Aditi asks him why he did not take her with him. Aniruddh says he is glad Aditi did not come. He recalls how Jhanak protested. He tells Aditi that Viswajith was really busy, but he talked already. Aditi asks him whether Rishi is alive. And whether Viswajith said anything about Rishi. Arshi asks what rights Aditi has to worry this much.
Aniruddh tells Aditi that nothing happened. Aditi says she is ready to do anything to save Rishi. And she will meet Viswajith tomorrow. Aniruddh opposes her. Aditi asks him what he is hiding from her. She says it will be like death for her if anything happens to Rishi then. So she will meet Viswajith tomorrow definitely. Aniruddh recalls how Viswajith agreed to meet Jhanak tomorrow.
The next day, Aniruddh and Aditi meet Viswajith. Aditi tells Viswajith that she wants to hear Rishi’s voice once. Viswajith tells her that he sent a team already and they found Rishi was in the Odisha jungle. But kidnappers escaped with Rishi already. Aditi asks him to rescue Rishi at any cost.
Meanwhile, everyone asks Jhanak to eat something at least. Jhanak refuses, saying she can’t eat anything in this situation. Parashar says he did something wrong in his last birth; that’s why his daughter is suffering like this. Jhanak asks him to not think like that. She says God is testing her love. The security guard allows Jhanak and Parashar inside.
Aditi gets shocked seeing Jhanak in Viswajith’s house. Viswajith asks Jhanak about her protest. Aditi thinks many people don’t know about her divorce, and it may ruin Rishi’s reputation if the truth comes out then. She hopes Jhanak doesn’t reveal the truth. Sanjay tells Aditi that they will inform her when they get any updates. Aditi tells Viswajith that she is ready to plead to kidnappers.
Viswajith asks Jhanak about her relationship with Rishi. Jhanak says Rishi is precious for this country, and she wants to know what’s happening in this case. And the public wants Rishi to be rescued safely. Aditi asks Viswajith to tell her if he gets any update then. Jhanak says she is the wife of Rishi, and she has the right to know about his case. Viswajith asks her whether she is mad. Jhanak asks him why he is not responding to her questions.
Viswajith says Aditi is Rishi’s wife. And Jhanak seems like a fraud. He threatens to call the security guard. Jhanak asks him to ask Aditi if he doesn’t trust her then. Viswajith asks Aniruddh whether the latter knows Jhanak. Aditi thinks she has to stop Jhanak for Rishi. Aniruddh says he knows Jhanak. Aditi says Jhanak was living in Rishi’s house. And Jhanak started idolizing Rishi, so his family threw her out of the house. Jhanak asks Aditi what the latter is saying. Aditi says she is saying all this for Rishi. Jhanak asks why Aditi is lying. And she can bring proof, but she doesn’t have time.
Viswajith warns Jhanak to stop it. Jhanak says this is her fight, and she will fight alone. Parashar asks why Jhanak would come there if she is not Rishi’s wife then. He says Aniruddh knows the truth. Viswajith says he attended Rishi and Aditi’s marriage. Parashar says so much happened after that. Jhanak tells Aniruddh that he claims to be her father, but he is silent now. Aniruddh tells her that they can talk about it later. Jhanak says she knows Aniruddh is in a dilemma about which daughter to support. And she understood what her value was in Aniruddh’s life. She tells Viswajith that he will learn the truth soon. She leaves from there.
On the other side, the kidnappers think Rishi is lying to distract them. Rakesh asks Rishi whether the latter remembered his name. He asks whether Rishi fell for anyone. Rishi shook his head. Rakesh asks Rishi about Jhanak. Rishi gets glimpses of the past. He says he did not love anyone, and he is a good guy. Rakesh says Rishi’s fiance is in his custody. Rishi requests them to leave his fiance. Rakesh says she is just a hostage. Rishi says his fiance will save him. Kidnappers laugh hearing this. Rishi says they don’t know how powerful his fiance’s father is. Rakesh asks how Jhanak can save Rishi when she is in his custody. Rishi asks who Jhanak is. Rakesh asks who Rishi’s fiance is. Rishi replies that Aditi is his fiancée. And Aditi will come with her father, Aniruddh, to rescue him.

Our take: Aditi hides from Viswajith that she divorced Rishi. Jhanak gets insulted in front of Viswajith. But Aniruddh remains silent, which proves he doesn’t take a stand for anyone.
