The episode begins with Parashar getting happy seeing Jhanak. Jhanak asks him how his health is doing. Parashar replies that he is feeling better. And he did not inform her to not disturb her. Jhanak tells him that she is not his biological daughter; that’s why he did not inform her. Parashar asks her not to say like that. He says he knows Jhanak is busy in Kolkata. Jhanak tells him that she can manage everything. And he should have informed her. Parashar promises to tell her everything. He asks, “Where is Rishi?” Jhanak replies Rishi could not come because he is busy. She informs villagers about the medical camp.
Parashar asks what happens in medical camp. Jhanak explains to him about the medical camp. She says she is happy this will happen in Simulboni. Because it was her dream. Parashar asks her who arranged this. Jhanak tells him that her senior doctor arranged this. She says a big team will come. She asks them to inform each and every villager. Kusum asks whether Rishi won’t come to pick Jhanak. Jhanak says it’s the first time she came alone, so they need not to worry. She tells Parashar to book the whole lodge. Parashar tells her that the lodge is not big. Jhanak says let a few people stay in the house. Parashar agrees. He asks Kusum to arrange food for Jhanak.
On the other side, Rishi enters the house. Indumati tells him they are waiting to have food. Rishi says he did not tell them to wait for him. Tanushri tells him that they eat together always. Sanjhbati says Rishi is missing Jhanak; that’s why he’s behaving like this. Rishi tells her that it’s not good to joke always. Indumati asks him what happened to him. Rishi says he will go to Simulboni tomorrow. Abhimanyu asks whether everything is fine. Rishi replies that everything is fine. He asks whether he can’t go to Simulboni. Dritimaan asks why Rishi is behaving like this. Rishi says he is a bad person. Tanushri asks him to say what happened. Rishi says Jhanak lied to him. He reveals Jhanak went to Simulboni for a medical camp. Dadabhai says it’s a good thing, so why did Jhanak hide this from them?
Rishi says Jhanak had reason for that and that reason is Ayushman. And he feels Jhanak has a special relationship with Ayushman. Dritimaan scolds Rishi for questioning Jhanak’s character. Rishi asks why Jhanak lied to him. He says Ayushman dropped Jhanak from Aniruddh’s house. Dadabhai asks Rishi not to suspect Jhanak. Rishi says he has proof. Sanjhbati says they know Jhanak. And Jhanak won’t do anything like that. She asks him who told him about medical camp. Rishi replies Aditi told him. Abhimanyu says they know Aditi. So Rishi should not suspect Jhanak. Rishi asks them to say why Jhanak lied to him. And he wants to see everything; that’s why he will go to Simulboni.
Dritimaan says it’s Rishi’s responsibility to safeguard Jhanak. Rishi tells Dritimaan that love and respect should be two-sided. And he is hurt because Jhanak lied to him. Indumati asks him to eat. Rishi tells her he is not hungry and goes inside. Indumati says Rishi will create a scene there definitely. Dadabhai says Jhanak should have informed Rishi about the medical camp. And he is not understanding anything.
The next day, Jhanak treats patients. Mangal says he likes it when Jhanak comes with Rishi. Jhanak tells him that she is there for work. And Rishi is busy with work in Kolkata. Rishi comes there. Jhanak gets shocked seeing Rishi there.

Our take: Jhanak keeps lying to Rishi and expects him to understand her. She does not trust Rishi; that’s why she keeps hiding things from him. Now she is pregnant. But Rishi may suspect the pregnancy. Hope he doesn’t go that extreme.
