The episode begins with Jhanak snatching money from Dadabhai. Everyone gets happy seeing this. Dritimaan takes Dadabhai to help him wear a Punjabi outfit. Indumati also wears a Punjabi outfit. Rishi enters the house and gets confused seeing the decorations. He asks what’s happening there. Dadabhai tells Rishi that Jhanak is goon. He asks Rishi to arrest Jhanak for snatching five thousand rupees from him. Jhanak says Rishi should give money too. Rishi says he doesn’t have money. Jhanak says Rishi should wear a Punjabi outfit. Rishi refuses. Jhanak orders him to come and change outfits. She takes Rishi to the room.
The next day, Jhanak tells Tanushri that she will come late today because of special classes. Abhimanyu tells her to come and study in-house. Jhanak tells him that that’s not possible. Putul says she is going to music class. Tanushri gives Tiffin boxes to them.
The courier guy comes there and asks who Rupanjana is. Putul tells him she is Rupanjana. Jhanak takes the letter and says Arya sent this. Putul asks Jhanak to return the letter. Tanushri asks Putul to read it once. Putul refuses. She asks why she should give another chance to Arya. She tells Jhanak to return the letter. Tanushri tells Jhanak to sign and accept the letter. Jhanak signs and sends the courier guy from there. She says let’s see what’s written in that letter. Putul says no one listens to her and cries.
Rishi comes there and asks why Putul is crying. Jhanak tells Rishi about Arya’s letter. Rishi angrily asks who accepted the letter. Putul tells him that Jhanak accepted it going against her. Tanushri says it’s happy news if they want to accept Putul then. So let’s read the letter once. Rishi says there is no need for it and tears the letter. Jhanak tells him that she will read once. Putul asks Jhanak not to do that. Abhimanyu asks Jhanak to read the letter.
Jhanak reads the letter and says Arya wants to meet Putul for 30 minutes. And gives his new number. Rishi says he will kill Arya. Indumati says maybe Arya wants to convince Putul to divorce. Abhimanyu asks them to forget about this letter. Putul says she already told them to not read the letter. She cries, hugging Indumati.
On the other side, in the restaurant, Koushik tells Aditi not to talk about anything personal. Aditi asks him whether friendship also ended. She says friendship matters for her. Koushik tells her that he can’t just stay as her friend. Aditi tells him that her love for Rishi has not ended yet. Koushik tauntingly thanks her for her honesty. Aditi tells him that no one understands her. Koushik leaves from there.
Rishi goes to Aditi. They talk about Arshi. Rishi says he misses their good days. Aditi tells him that she should go now. Rishi asks her when she will marry Koushik. Koushik gets angry seeing them together.
Aditi tells Rishi that she won’t marry Koushik. Rishi asks then why Koushik came to his marriage. Aditi tells him that nothing is going on between her and Koushik. And they are just friends. Koushik goes to them. He says he returned to search for his key. He takes his key from the table and leaves from there.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh tells Arshi that he wants to talk to her. Arshi tells him that it’s his house so he can do whatever he wants. Aniruddh tells her that he heard she sold her jewels. Arshi tells him that she sold the jewels that Srishti gave her. Aniruddh asks her why she did not ask for money from him if she wanted it then. Arshi tells him that he already gave so much to her. She asks him to accept she is not his wife now. Aniruddh tells him that she will be his wife always. Arshi tells him that he would not have signed on the paper if he had thought like that then. Aniruddh asks her why she can’t accept Jhanak. Arshi tells him that she can’t accept Jhanak ever. That’s why she chose divorce.
Later, Rishi recalls Aditi’s words. Jhanak comes there. Rishi tells her about his meeting with Aditi. Jhanak asks him why he is thinking about it so much. Rishi says he saw pain in Koushik’s eyes. And his divorce from Aditi was mutual, but he felt guilty. Jhanak asks him what he is thinking now. Rishi asks her why she is crying. Jhanak tells him that he can go to Aditi if he wants to then. Rishi asks her why he would go to Aditi when he loves the latter. Jhanak hugs him.
After some time, Dadabhai says let’s talk to Arya once. Rishi says there is no need of that. And Putul should divorce Arya and move on. Indumati says they don’t want one more divorce in this house. Rishi says Putul deserves to stay happy.

Precap: Aditi and Koushik see Jhanak talking to a guy in the restaurant. She assumes maybe Jhanak is in a problem. She calls Rishi and tells him that Jhanak is talking to a stranger in the restaurant.
Our take: Jhanak learns Arya wants to meet Putul and she decide to be involved in that matter. Putul doesn’t want to even talk about Arya. Rishi wants Putul to divorce Arya. But elders oppose him.
