The episode starts with UV, who starts scolding his cousins and friends for taking Katha’s help to release his from the prison. They all stop him from leaving the room and give him the cake they baked for him. UV appreciates and dances with them. He then tells his cousins that he is staying in the house because of them only. Otherwise, he would never stay with Eshwar, who is always taunting them. He further shares with his cousins and friends that he is going to bring his mother the next day, saying he finds out her location. They all get happy. UV tells himself that he will make his mother sit on the chair, which he made it for her. He also says the next day is going to be a lucky one because he is going to meet his mother.
Here, Katha writes in her diary about whatever happened with UV. She then gets determined to become financially independent and help her uncle Mohan to pay all his debts and take care of the entire family. Mohan arrives there and tells her that Navin’s daughter has fallen ill, so he asks her to make a medicine. Katha obliges.
Later, UV visits Navin’s house to meet his daughter. Navin apologises to UV for not being able to regularly come to work. UV tells him that he understands that the latter must be stuck with some important work, which is why he isn’t coming to work. Navin informs him about his daughters health condition. UV advises him to take care of his daughter. Sushila brings the kids outside. UV interacts with the little girl, and then he gives her the doughnut she wishes to have it. But Katha arrives there and starts scolding UV for giving unhealthy things to a kid. She also holds him responsible for Navin’s daughters’ deteriorating health. UV gets shocked. He argues with her. Katha firmly tells him that Navin’s daughter won’t eat his doughnut but the medicine she brought for her. UV argues with her. They both get into a fight, which leaves both Navin and Sushila helpless. Finally, UV throws Katha’s medicine away and asks the kids to have the doughnut made by him, and then he leaves. The kids happily oblige then leaves. UV mocks Katha, and the latter gets annoyed. After UV leaves the place, Navin suggests Katha end the fight and starts working with UV. Katha becomes speechless by his idea. She tells him it’s impossible and then leaves.
After some time, UV comes to the location of an old age home in the hope of meeting his mother. The detective brings a woman and asks UV to taste his favourite dish made by her. UV tastes and realises the lady isn’t his mother, but under the detective’s influence, he decides to see that lady’s face to find whether she is his mother or not. His hope crumbles. The lady also gets hurt after UV tells she isn’t his mother. Before she goes inside, UV stops and gives her chocolate made by him. The lady smiles. The other ladies who see this from a distance commands on it.
Katha bumps into UV. UV prevents her from falling down. While the old lady falls unconscious so both UV and Katha rush to her. Katha misunderstands that the old lady has fallen sick because of the chocolates, so she scolds UV. UV gets shocked. The old age home ladies take UV’s side, saying the one who has fallen unconscious didn’t have those chocolates yet. Katha becomes speechless. UV taunts her. Katha argues with him. The lady regains her consciousness and asks them to stop arguing. She also commands on their jodi, shocking both Katha and UV.
Precap: Rukhmani shares her idea with Eshwar about UV’s marriage. Eshwar criticises UV. At the temple, both Eshwar and Rukhmani get impressed seeing Katha’s gesture. Later, UV firmly tells Eshwar that he will marry the one whom his mother chooses for him. Eshwar gets furious.
