MBC recently unveiled its 2025 drama lineup and confirmed that Kang Tae Oh and Kim Sejeong will be the leads for its upcoming historical romance “The Moon Flows in This River.”
“The Moon Flows in This River” revolves around a crown prince who has lost his wife and waiting to seek revenge, and a woman who has lost her memory.
Actor Kang Tae Oh, known for his role in hit drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” will take on the role of Crown Prince Lee Kang, a man who has sacrificed his happiness to seek revenge after losing his wife-the Crown Princess. Just when Lee Kang sets out to carry out his long-awaited revenge, he encounters Park Dal Yi, a woman who bears a stark resemblance to his deceased wife. For an unknown reason, their bodies switch, leading to a series of chaotic events.
Actress Kim Sejeong, who is known for her impeccable performances in dramas, “Brewing Love,” “The Uncanny Counter,” “Today’s Webtoon”, “A Business Proposal,” and more will star as Park Dal Yi, a commoner who switches bodies with the crown prince. “The Moon Flows In This River ” will mark Kim Sejeong’s first historical drama.
