The episode starts with Mounitha ordering Apparao to get her egg biryani. Karthik gets shocked seeing Mounitha and she walks towards the kitchen area then Karthik hides from her. Apparao asks why she is going towards the kitchen then she says for washbasin. Apparao brings it to her table then he questions about her profession. Mounitha says she is Doctor. Apparao says it means your husband is also a Doctor.
Mounitha says yes, he is a heart specialist. Apparao shouts Karthik to get special biryani. Karthik thinks Mounitha may find us if we stay in this village but we can’t leave from here as Rudrarani may not allow us to leave until we pay the loan. Apparao goes to the kitchen and asks why he is so much late then Karthik tells him he is injured while cutting vegetables and he sends Biryani to Mounitha with Apparao.
Mahalakshmi comes to Deepa’s house for sugar then she warns Deepa about Rudrarani conspiracy I.e she ordered gowns for her daughters for her birthday. Deepa looks on and while she is walking she notices a book by Koteshu, where he apologizes to the car number. Deepa thinks about why she feels she knows that number. Apparao asks Mounitha to visit again. Mounitha leaves saying never.
Soundarya asks Anandrao to stay calm without worrying about Karthik as he can’t live without us and he will return for us. The naturopathy person gives them milk then he asks about the person who came in a red car. Soundarya says no one came with them then she says whether Mounitha came? Anandrao says age won’t leave without saying something to us so it might be not her. Soundarya says true, it’s better if we do not think about her.
Rudrarani tells Abbulu about their registration visit to next day. Abbulu says he has to fake medicines for his wife in the naturopath clinic. Rudrarani says we can tame on the way so come home quickly. Abbulu agrees and leaves. Rudrarani comes inside her house and she gets shocked seeing Deepa is preparing food in her kitchen then she shouts for Abbulu. He goes inside.
Deepa asks if she came after collecting interest money? Rudrarani asks why she is using her Kitchen. Deepa says our gas ended that’s why came here to cook the food. Rudrarani asks how dare she to use her kitchen. Deepa questions how dare she to eye on her kids? She warms Rudrarani to stay away from her kids.
