The episode starts with Hima thinking about who called Sourya taking her name? This call may disturb Sourya more. Hima thinks to reveal to Sourya that she is Hima to clear the confusion but she stops herself thinking she may lose the opportunity to unite Nirupam with Jwala so she plans to wait for some days.
The Bank officer tells Shoba that she took many loans. Shoba tells him she knows how to repay the loan. Shoba thinks Nirupam will help her to repay the loans if they get married. She checks the patient and gets to know Hima donated her blood to the patient.
Shoba suspects that Hima is really suffering from cancer as she can’t donate blood in her state. She tells them they don’t have blood and asks them to do as she said. Jwala feels bad for not telling her feelings to Nirupam. She calls Hima’s number and gets switched off tone. She thinks to show her power once Hima comes in front of her. She goes to meet Nirupam.
Shoba makes the patient and her daughter sit in one place and observes them from her car. Hima comes there. She thinks she got Hima. Jwala comes to Nirupam hospital. Jwala thinks to apologize to him. She asks for Hima. He tells she went out.
Jwala apologises to him for leaving in the middle. Nirupam sees her. Jwala says you said love you to me and I’m lucky that you love me and I love you too and I want to tell you before but Tingari stopped me. She confesses that she loves him so much. She turns and noticed Nirupam is not in his seat. Hima comes out donating her blood.
Shoba goes in front of her and asks what’s she doing here. Hima tells her she came to meet Doctor shanmukh Rao. Shoba thinks she is acting well. The patient and her daughter thank Hima for her help. Shoba asks what help she did. Hima leaves from there. Shoba thinks she traced her lie and thinks to expose Hima’s dramas and thinks her goal is to get Nirupam.
Hima returns home. She sees her photo with Sourya. She says I’m trying to fulfill my promise to my parents by making Sourya get married to Nirupam but Swapna atta is planning to marry Shoba with Nirupam and I acted like suffering from cancer to unite you guys but Nirupam denies to leave me and wishes to marry me.
Hima thinks what’s her situation if Nirupam finds the truth post their marriage that she doesn’t have any cancer. Hima thinks what she has to do to unite Sourya with Nirupam. She recalls her promise to Deepa and Karthik. Jwala tried several styles for Nirupam. Nirupam thinks Hima disturbed Jwala and his life.
