The episode starts with Durga saying to Karthik that last night Mounitha and him came together. Mounitha questions Durga about it. Durga flirts with Mounitha infront of Karthik. Karthik leaves from there. Karthik thinks that if his parents know he is alive or not. Karthik blames Mounitha for everything. Karthik thinks of why Sourya and Varanasi are here and thinks of why is Sourya selling idols on the street. Karthik decides to asks Deepa about Sourya . But later realises that if he does that then Mounitha might know that he recalled his past. Karthik decides to first find Sourya.
Durga asks Deepa to eat with them. Deepa says she will eat after Karthik eats. Deepa decides to call Karthik here for lunch. Deepa talks to Doctor about Karthik’s changed behaviour towards her. Deepa says she will go and call Karthik.
Karthik asks Siva about Sourya and says if he saw her again. He asks Siva to tell him. Siva says he saw her last time at Sangareddy. Karthik says to Siva that he wants to meet her and asks Siva to find her. Siva agrees and says he will not tell Mounitha that he is looking for Sourya. Karthik asks why? Siva says to Karthik about how Mounitha warned him to stay away. Karthik gets angry at Mounitha but he doesn’t do anything thinking Mounitha might do something to Deepa and Sourya.
Indrudu asks Sourya where did she went. Sourya says to Indrudu she went looking for her parents. Indrudu asks Sourya to be careful as she hit Mounitha last time. Sourya asks where did Chandramma go? Chandramma says she went out of town and he will cook for her until Chandramma returns. Sourya feels sad and later goes to eat his food.
Karthik asks Mounitha on why did she sent thugs to attack Deepa. Mounitha defends herself saying she didn’t do it. Karthik says he fought with the thugs and saved Deepa. Deepa overhears their conversation and gets angry at Mounitha. Karthik also shows proof the injury on his head. Mounitha says this injury is not because of them and recalls Sourya throwing a rock at her. Mounitha thinks when she dodged the rock hit Karthik. Mounitha says she doesn’t know anything. Karthik says when he was fighting someone tried to save him and he got injured and this is the truth and leaves from there. Deepa leaves from there.
Durga asks Deepa on why didn’t she call Karthik to eat lunch. Deepa says to Durga that there is a different story going on and says Mounitha sent thugs to kill her and Karthik saved Deepa that’s why he got hurt. Durga says to Deepa that we have to do something. Deepa agrees and gives full rights to do whatever he wants and says Mounitha must run away. Durga agrees.
Durga calls Mounitha with a nickname. Mounitha gets angry at Durga. Durga flirts with Mounitha and says she doesn’t have to be angry just because things haven’t went her way and says about her sending thugs to kill Deepa.

Precap – Karthik to come to Deepa’s house. Karthik asks Deepa for a coffee. Mounitha seeing Deepa and Karthik having coffee together shouts on Deepa and blames Deepa for having her husband for a night here. Deepa gets angry at Mounitha and slaps Mounitha. Mounitha asks Karthik why is he staying silent when a stranger is slapping his wife. Karthik asks Mounitha who is his wife her or Deepa. Mounitha and Deepa get surprised hearing this question.
