Episode starts with Murali Krishna says Deepa is doing everything for kids and she wants to raise them like Doctor babu kids and she have kept many hopes on them than how can she live without kids? If you take Kids with you. Karthik says I’m questioning you why you didn’t inform my Mom about Deepa location even after founding her. Murali Krishna says Deepa took promise from me thats why I lied to Soundarya Garu. Karthik questions did his Mom really don’t know about Deepa location. Murali Krishna says I’m promising on Deepa, Soundarya Garu didn’t know anything. Karthik asks him to tell suggestion what he have do. Murali leaves saying he is not that great to give him suggestion.
Deepa checks her medical reports. Hima says noone knows our address but how Dad found us, maybe Sourya called him. Sourya shouts Hima, you’re doubting me? Why you’re back bitching about me. Hima says many times you wanted to contact Dad and I’m the one who stopped you that why thought you informed to Dad. Sourya says I dont know who inform him Mom, I just wanted to tell Dad because I can’t see you in pain but I didn’t called him and Sourya says it’s promise. Deepa takes kids towards her and thinks will it be good if I give kids to him because my health is not good? But Can I live with out kids? God! Why you strucked me in this type of situation.
Bhagyalakshmi reaches to Shravya place. Shravya feels happy seeing her mom. Bhagyalakshmi asks where is your Mom in law. Shravya says everyone is at home, don’t spoil their mood with your words because they are already distressed. Soundarya sees Bhagyalakshmi and reminsces her previous question. Bhagyalakshmi asks Soundarya if her husband called her. Soundarya says don’t know.

Karthik checks the reports of Deepa. Kids asks how’s mom health Dad? Karthik says it’s normal fever and can be cured with medicine. Sourya asks if he came to take them to home. Hima asks him to answer. Karthik asks why I need to talk with you? You choosed your mom over me and left from home and you guys didn’t even called to inform me. Sourya and Hima apologies to him.
Karthik says you just need your Mom not me, you didn’t even missed me right. Sourya says we missed you that’s why our stall name is Nanna Tiffin centre. Hima tells him how they cried when someone questions them about their Dad. Karthik hugs his kids. Kids asks him to take them to home. Karthik thinks what to do I can’t accept your Mom and your Mom don’t allow me to take you guys.
Murali Krishna asks Deepa if Karthik talked to her. Deepa says no, that’s why I’m feeling tensed. Murali Krishna asks how he found address. Deepa says don’t know but I’m getting scared thinking what if he takes Kids with him than how can I live without kids. Deepa says I didn’t expected your arrival. Karthik says I came but I never expected I will see kids in this way, you’re doing this to torture me. Deepa says no mother can do it and currently our situations are not favouring but in future our stall may turn to hotel. Karthik says your income won’t enough to make kids as collector or doctor. Deepa says don’t worry Vantalakka name will get erased with me.
