Episode starts with Kids says they are feeling happy to have food with their parents in the terrace. AnandRao about to go towards them but Soundarya stops him saying let’s make them enjoy the moment without disturbance and I’m glad that I toll Hima that time because Kids changed him and they leaves after blessing Karthiks Family from far.
Next day Bhagyalakshmi tells to Murali Krishna about her dream that Karthik and Deepa are performing Pooja and you’re getting emotional seeing them. Murali Krishna says maybe it’s from next birth. Bhagyalakshmi shuts him by telling that they can make it real this birth itself, let’s make Deepa and Shravya performs Srirama Kalyanam with their husbands on sriramanavami. Murali Krishna praises her idea and asks if Karthik agrees for it. Bhagyalakshmi says Kids will make Karthik agree, she assures him to make them agree than they prepares list for Pooja.
Priyamani asks what she wants to cook today. Mounitha tells her she will eat food with new pickle and she asks Priyamani to get her another coffee. Bhagyalakshmi goes to Soundarya place and she invites Soundarya and family telling that they want their daughters and son in laws to perform Sriramanavami Kalyanam at their place. Shravya feels happy. Soundarya agrees to attend pooja.
Bhagyalakshmi asks her to send Deepa, Shravya and kids to their home with her. Karthik hears everything and tells her Deepa don’t go with them. Soundarya asks Karthik to allow Deepa. Karthik thinks these people are not understanding Deepa state, medicines won’t work if she cooks food than he leaves telling them that Deepa and he won’t attend the function.
Deepa thinks about Karthik recent behaviour. Mounitha calls Deepa and suggest Deepa to take proper rest for her health. Deepa cuts the call asking Mounitha to stay away from their matter. Mounitha smiles thinking she knows how to create disturbance between them.
AnandRao and Soundarya discusses that they feel Karthik didn’t changed completely than they stops seeing Deepa and Kids. Sourya tells to Soundarya that Mounitha called her Mom. Soundarya sends kids to Deepu and she asks Deepa why she called her. Deepa tells her Mounitha is asking me to take proper care by staying away cooking and stress. AnandRao says this Karthik is still listening her words. Soundarya decides to question Karthik and plans to send Deepa to her Dad’s place.
Mounitha takes syrup. Karthik asks if she is taking Calcium syrup. Mounitha agrees than she asks him about Deepa state. Karthik tells her how Bharathi informed him that Deepa facing this condition because of the wrong injected drug in her body. Mounitha feels tensed thinking how she injected that drug to Deepa and thinks Deepa may tell him if he asks her than what’s my position. Karthik asks why she looks tensed. Mounitha says she is feeling worried for Deepa and kids.
Karthik tells her he will take care of Deepa. Mounitha tells him Deepa cooking affected her health not drug and don’t worry we can treat her. Kids tells to Soundarya that they won’t leave without their Dad so let’s take him with us. Shravya says Karthik is needed to perform Kalyanam with Deepa. Karthik reaches to home.

Precap – Soundarya asks Deepa to go to her place taking Kids for Pooja when Karthik denies to attend it. Deepa tells him I got it that you accepted me to take me to hospital but don’t worry, I will go far from you.
