Episode starts with Karthik says he will feed cake to everyone from Deepu side, he takes one piece and tells it’s looking like twin cake. Sourya and Hima smiles. Karthik sats it’s looking like you and feeds Hima and Sourya than he feeds to Deepa. Anand Rao says to Aditya that he needs another Bptablet. Aditya says he too feeling high heart rate. Aditya haves Bp tablet along with his dad.
Karthik gives cake piece to Bhagyalakshmi and asks her to celebrate 200 days birthday at their place with 2 cakes. Everyone looks confused when Karthik tells to Bhagyalakshmi that he respects her because she don’t hide anything in heart and we can’t trust people who lies, I wish you were my Mom. Everyone looks shocked. Bhagyalakshmi feels happy.
Deepa takes Soundarya aside and asks what’s running in Karthik mind? His words are making me confused and he is looking like he may burst like Lava very soon, what if he separates me from my kids? Why are you staying silent. Soundarya says she is not understanding anything Asks Deepa to stay strong saying they will become her strength if needed.

Soundarya asks why those tablets.
Karthik says I won’t die and these tablets are for you and Dad to decrease your Anxiousness for good heart health. Anand Rao asks what’s happening after taking the tablet. Karthik says Mom will tell everyone, why you’re treating your kids differently. Soundarya says she never treated in that way. Karthik says i believed you in some issues but recently got to know they are lies. Soundarya asks him to question her directly.
Karthik asks who’s Hima mom? Got to know you got Hima from Tulsi hands. Aditya asks who’s Tulsi? Hima is orphan right. Karthik says don’t act Aditya because I don’t want to be fool again. Aditya asks who did it. Karthik shows Deepa and Soundarya, Anand Rao and he says including Hima. Everyone gets shocked. Soundarya get tears.
