The episode starts with Sourya thinking of why are her parents not going to Hyderabad and self doubts herself if what Soundarya said is the truth or not. Chandramma asks Sourya what does she want to eat for lunch? Sourya asks Chandramma if her parents are really alive or not? Chandramma gives hope to Sourya that she will meet her parents soon. Sourya feels happy hearing this. Sourya asks Indrudu to go to the hospital. Indrudu asks why is that? Sourya says she wants to confirm if Charu Seela wrote these tests or Karthik wrote and gave them to Charu Seela. Indrudu thinks Sourya’s suspicion is cent percent right and thinks he has to stop Sourya from going. Indrudu lies to Sourya saying he is hungry and they can go after they eat the food. Sourya agrees.
Charu Seela thinks of Karthik’s unexpected twist and thinks of how to kill Deepa. Ananadrao, Sourya, and Hima come to the town. Soundarya says to Anji that she would have never thought she would come to a place like this. Anji also says the same. Soundarya asks Anji if he arranged the house just like she asked for. Anji says yes. Anji asks Soundarya why did she ask for such a big house. Soundarya says she will tell him later.
Charu Seela thinks she has to kill Deepa without anyone knowing that she killed her. Charu Seela asks Pandari how is Deepa? Pandari says Deepa is very sad and says Deepa is acting like she is losing hope on life after she knew that Karthik’s life is in danger. Charu Seela says to Pandari that Deepa’s life is also in danger. Pandari asks Charu Seela what should they do? Charu Seela asks Pandari to give the medicine to Deepa without telling her by mixing it in her food. Pandari agrees to do it. Charu Seela thinks this medicine will make Deepa’s heart weak which is already weak.
Soundarya, Anandrao, and Hima come to Indrudu’s house. They see that Sourya is playing with Chandramma and comment on it.
Soundarya, Ananadrao, and Hima come to Sourya. Sourya thinks Soundarya, Anandrao and Hima came to take her away and says to them that she will not come with them. Indrudu also thinks the same. Soundarya later gives her clarity that they came here to stay with her. Sourya feels elated hearing this. Indrudu gets stunned hearing this. Soundarya asks Indrudu what is he thinking about? Indrudu says to Soundarya that he is thinking about how can they stay in this small house. Soundarya says they took a big house in this town and says they can go there. Indrudu agrees. Indrudu decides to tell Karthik about this.
Deepa thinks of what Karthik said and feels sad. Karthik sees that Deepa is sad and asks Deepa if she is still thinking about it. Deepa says Karthik how she feels. Deepa tries to convince Karthik to go to their family but Karthik doesn’t heed Deepa’s advice. Deepa asks Karthik to allow her to see Sourya from afar. Karthik agrees to Deepa’s request. Karthik says to Deepa that he will take her in the evening. Deepa agrees. Karthik leaves from there.
Pandari mixes the medicine into the coffee and gives it to Deepa. Deepa takes the coffee and drinks it. Anandrao, Hima, Soundarya, and Sourya shift into a new house and their house is opposite Hema Chandra’s house.

Precap – Deepa will say to Karthik that she wants to see Sourya from afar. Karthik agrees and takes Deepa to show Sourya. Deepa sees Sourya with Indrudu on the cycle. Deepa sees Sourya and tries to go to her. Karthik stops Deepa from going to Sourya. Sourya turns back hearing her parent’s voices.
