The episode starts with Karthik reminding Deepa that he is a doctor. Deepa asks them why are they doing these tests for her? Charu Seela says she recommended these tests as she had a heart stroke after the operation. Deepa says Karthik and Charu Seela look like they are born for her. Charu Seela thinks her plan is working well. Charu Seela takes Deepa for a test.
Soundarya asks Sourya where is Hima? Sourya says she doesn’t know where is she? Soundarya questions Sourya about her behaviour with Hima Sourya says she can never be with Hima. Hima comes to them while they are talking about her? Soundarya asks Hima where did she go? Hima says she went looking for Karthik and Deepa. Sourya talks against Hima. Soundarya asks Sourya why does she always go against Hima. Sourya blames Hima for the car accident and says that’s why. Sourya leaves from there.
Charu Seela says to Karthik that she took Deepa for an MRI and everything is all right. Charu Seela gives the medicine to Deepa and asks Karthik to check them once. Karthik says there is no need. Deepa asks Karthik for a favour and says he needs to give his work to Charu Seela and he needs to take rest as he is ill. Karthik agrees. Charu Seela thinks why is Deepa acting like Karthik is sick? Charu Seela thinks she has to find out if Deepa really knows about Karthik’s health is right or not.
Soundarya comes to Hema Chandra’s house. Soundarya tells her story to Hema Chandra and shows Karthik and Deepa’s photos. Hema Chandra understands that she is Karthik’s mother. Hema Chandra says he didn’t see them. Soundarya says to Hema Chandra how much she is missing Karthik and Deepa.
Soundarya says to Hema Chandra she is going to take her leave. Hema Chandra asks Soundarya to stay for a coffee. Hema Chandra gets a call from Deepa saying Karthik and Deepa are coming to their house. Soundarya sees that Hema Chandra is thinking about something. Soundarya asks Hema Chandra what is he thinking about? Hema Chandra says his mother went out. Soundarya says then she will prepare coffee herself. Soundarya asks Hema Chandra where is the kitchen? Hema Chandra shows it. Hema Chandra thinks it might be God’s direction for them to meet. Hema Chandra decides to go with the flow.
Deepa and Karthik reach Hema Chandra’s house. Indrudu comes out and asks what are they doing here? Deepa says to the Indrudu they came to meet Hema Chandra. Indrudu says to Deepa and Karthik that Soundarya took this house and says Hima and Sourya might come out anytime and asks Karthik and Deepa to hide.
Deepa and Karthik go into Hema Chandra’s house. Hema Chandra says this is God’s direction for them to meet with his parents. Karthik says they know Soundarya took opp to him and asks Hema Chandra not to do anything. Hema Chandra says to Karthik and Deepa that Soundarya is in his house.
Karthik asks Hema Chandra why didn’t he call and tell them when they were coming here? Hema Chandra tries to convince Deepa and Karthik to meet Soundarya but they don’t agree. Indrudu comes and says to Karthik and Deepa that Sourya and Hima have come out and asks them to hide. Soundarya also signals Hema Chandra that coffee is ready. Karthik and Deepa hearing Soundarya’s voice hide behind a tree and pleads with Hema Chandra not to tell anything to Soundarya. Soundarya gives coffee to Hema Chandra.
Deepa sees Sourya, Hima, and Soundarya and feels emotional about their situation. Deepa advises Karthik to go to his family and says that she died in a car accident. Karthik reminds Deepa that he is going to die not her. Deepa asks Karthik to stop lying and says she knows everything.
