The episode starts with Karthik recalling names mentioned by Deepa. He thinks about the people’s names mentioned by Deepa and questions himself why she asked him to call her Deepa. He thinks he is remembering well and thinks to see if he calls Deepa correctly when they meet the next time. Sourya says they didn’t find her parents anywhere. Varanasi thinks they are dead and says maybe they are not here. Sourya says she feels they are here. She asks if he has her parent’s photos. So they can circulate their photos in the city to find them. Varanasi says he doesn’t have their photos and thinks if they are alive then they may return for their kids.
Mounitha thinks Deepa is trying hard to make Karthik remember his past. She prays to god to make Deepa leave their life. Deepa comes there calling Doctor babu. Mounitha gets angry seeing her. Karthik asks her to not call her Doctor babu. She says she likes it. Mounitha asks why she came. Deepa says she bought biryani Doctor amma. Karthik says everyone is a doctor for you. Deepa says she feels it seeing them. She asks when Mounitha started her boutique. Mounitha thinks Deepa came to make him recall his past. She asks Deepa to not call them Doctors. Deepa asks why she is angry and tells she likes to call them Doctors. Karthik asks Mounitha about when she started the boutique. Deepa asks Karthik if he doesn’t remember anything about her wife.
Mounitha asks Deepa why it matters to her. Karthik asks Mounitha why is she shouting. Karthik says to Deepa that in an accident he lost his memory. Deepa says to Karthik not to worry and he will get his memories back soon. Mounitha asks her to leave. Deepa says your hand is injured so I will serve him and you can eat later with a spoon. Deepa serves him. Karthik praises the taste of biryani and tells her he wishes to eat it regularly. He goes to wash his hand. Deepa tells Mounitha that Karthik will recall his memories soon. Mounitha says her medicines don’t let Karthik remember his past. Deepa says let’s see if my love wins or your medicine. She challenges to make Karthik recall his past very soon. She leaves.
Sourya says to Varanasi that Chandramma and Indrudu didn’t return. Varanasi says Chandramma prepared Biryani through smell and he goes to get Biryani for them. Sourya tells Varanasi that she wants to eat Biryani prepared by her mother. Varanasi says they will reunite soon.
Deepa talks to Doctor and her mother what happened. Deepa says to them that she is very happy today as Karthik tasted her food. Doctor’s mother asks Deepa how she will be if Karthik remembers her. Deepa says then she will be the most happiest person in the world. Doctor says to be careful of Mounitha. He asks Deepa if Karthik believes Mounitha is his wife. Deepa says yes and says Mounitha hand is burnt that’s why they hired me as a cook. Doctor says to Deepa to make sure it is not too late and says Mounitha might also try to make herself pregnant to make Karthik hers completely. Deepa says nothing like that will happen. Doctor’s mother also tells her to be careful.
Sourya asks Varanasi if he got her parent’s photos from his old phone. Varanasi says the old phone is completely unusable. The data in it is destroyed. Sourya asks Varanasi now what should they do. Varanasi gives an idea why don’t they call Anandrao and ask them for photos. Sourya says not to call them and says if we call them they will know we are here. Varanasi tries to convince her to go to Soundarya and Anandrao but Sourya doesn’t.
Deepa says to herself that she used to cook so that she can make a living now she is cooking for her life. Deepa hopes Karthik might remember something after eating her food.

Deepa will be talking on the phone. Karthik will come to Deepa house. Karthik will question Deepa about why did she put poison in her food. Karthik asks her if is it because of him and says he is already married and it is the relation of seven lives. He asks Deepa to forget about him. Deepa feels sad hearing what he said.
