The episode starts with Kids asks Aditya to take them to have icecream. Aditya agrees. That time Karthik returns to home. Kids happily hugs him. Karthik recalls patient’s wife curse to his daughters. Kids asks why he got late than Soundarya asks if Surgery went well. Karthik thinks nothing can happen to his kids. Soundarya thinks why Karthik is looking dull and she asks Aditya to take kids to have icecream. Aditya says ok. Karthik asks him to drive the car safely. Aditya agrees and leaves. Soundarya says Deepa went to see the site in Basti, did she called you. Karthik says no. Soundarya asks why he looks dull. Karthik tells her he is tired. Anandrao asks if Mounitha crrwted any scene at hospital. Karthik says no dad and he leaves to his room.
Mounitha happily hugs Priyamani and tells her that your Karthik’s Doctor licence got cancelled and now he is not Doctor and I’m the one who made it happen, don’t know what Deepa will do as I removed Doctor from Doctor babu. Priyamani looks on.
Karthik cries in room seeing the posters prepared by Hima and recalling his moments with kids than he thinks I did mistake but what’s the mistake of my kids to bear the curse. Karthik breaksdown holding the posters and he thinks what happened to me, I did many surgeries but why I lost my balance in today surgery?, He recalls Ravi words that he was the responsible for Patient death. Karthik says he will bear the punishment. Doctor says Counsil will cancel your Doctor degree. Karthik sees his best Doctor award and tells them that he will agree with counsil decision. Ravi says sorry and he leaves from the hospital. Karthik thinks I’m not Doctor anymore and he cries badly.
Soundarya and Anandrao comes to room and asks Karthik what happened. Karthik reveals them tragedy incident at hospital and how Patient wife curses him than he tells to his Mom what’s he planning to do before Deepa returns to home. Karthik and Soundarya attends victim funeral. Victims wife again bashed him for killing her husband. Neighbours asks Neela to control herself as her husband won’t return even if she curse him. Neela says my husband may live for somedays but he killed him immediately with a name of surgery and he too have kids and their life gets ruined with my curse. Soundarya cries listening her words. Karthik holds Neela hand in tears and tells her that he can’t compensate her husband death but I can do one thing and he forward the file he get with him.
