The episode starts with Karthik asking Deepa what is the festival she is talking about? Deepa wishes Karthik happy birthday. Mounitha also recalls that today is Karthik’s birthday. Deepa starts questioning Mounitha on why did she forget Karthik’s birthday. Mounitha thinks of what to do and decides not to lie as Deepa might have other hands to prove that today is Karthik’s birthday.
Mounitha says she didn’t forget his birthday. Karthik asks Mounitha if she didn’t forget why didn’t he wish him? Mounitha tries to cover it up. Mounitha later wishes Karthik a Happy birthday after he asks for it. Mounitha thinks to herself how can she forget Karthik’s birthday. Mounitha thinks with Durga’s torture she is forgetting herself and decides she has to see his end. Deepa invites Karthik to cut the cake.
Karthik agrees with her. Karthik comes to Deepa’s house and sees the decorations that Deepa made along with the cake. Karthik thanks Deepa for celebrating his birthday. Deepa also says the welfare activities that she planned for his birthday like blood donation, Giving fruits to patients, etc. Karthik asks Deepa why is she spending this much money. Deepa says this is the money he gave. Karthik recalls about it. Karthik cuts the cake, Deepa and Mounitha try to feed him at the same time.
Doctor’s mother pushes Mounitha and the cake piece falls down from her hand. Deepa feeds the cake to Karthik. Deepa gives Karthik the purse that she gifted him last year. Karthik questions Mounitha about where was she when Deepa gifted him the purse. Mounitha says she was there and she recalls everything but she doesn’t answer the main point. Mounitha takes Karthik away from there.
Deepa visits Mounitha’s house to take Karthik and spend some time with him. Deepa sees that there is no one in the house. Deepa tries to call Durga but he doesn’t pick up the call. Deepa gets worried about where Mounitha went with Karthik. The doctor asks Deepa what happened.
Deepa says Karthik is not in the house and says Mounitha might have taken Karthik somewhere so that he will not spend time with her. Deepa also gets worried that Mounitha might have taken Karthik away from here. Doctor says to Deepa that she is right about one thing that Mounitha doesn’t want you to spend time with Karthik. Doctor also says let’s see where she will take Karthik.
While Karthik and Mounitha are going in a car. Mounitha decides to spend some time with Karthik on his birthday away from Deepa. Mounitha asks Karthik what is he thinking about? Karthik asks Mounitha that if she really forgot his birthday. Mounitha says she already told him a hundred times that she didn’t forget. Mounitha says while I was talking to cooks Deepa heard and celebrated your birthday. Karthik again starts asking about her with why didn’t the cooks come.
Mounitha gets annoyed with Karthik’s questions. Mounitha asks Karthik to change the topic. Karthik starts asking Mounitha about where is Durga. Karthik asks Mounitha if they planned something for him as he is coming in between them. Mounitha gets irritated with Karthik’s questions and asks Karthik to stop the car and says she loves him and she would never do anything like that. Karthik still comments on what Mounitha said.
Indrudu stops at a restaurant to eat food. Chandramma asks Indrudu if they have money to eat food here. Indrudu says he has. Chandramma also says that if he doesn’t have money to tell them and says she doesn’t want to wash the dishes. Sourya asks Indrudu where are they going. Indrudu says they are going to Sangareddy. Chandramma says they do Jatara at this time pretty well and a lot of people come there at this time every year. Sourya asks them if their parents will also come.
