The episode starts with Sourya asking Indrudu where are they going? Indrudu says they are going to Sangareddy. Chandramma says they do Dussehra festival pretty good there. Sourya thinks about asking if their parents will come and recalls what Mounitha said and think there is no use looking for them.
In the restaurant Doctor and Deepa talk. Doctor asks Deepa that if she is really sure that Mounitha is going to take Karthik to Sangareddy. Deepa says she is sure.
Sourya asks Indrudu to go and wash his hands. Indrudu leaves from there. The doctor’s mother asks Deepa how is she so sure that Mounitha took Karthik there. Deepa reminds of the incident in which Mounitha said to Karthik that this is their native place and she played a drama there. While they were talking Indrudu sees Deepa and greets Deepa. Indrudu reminds Deepa of the auto incident. Deepa recalls him and introduces him to Doctor. While they were talking Sourya calls for Indrudu. Deepa hearing Sourya’s voice thinks it is hers and asks Indrudu what is the name of the girl. Indrudu says it’s Jwala. After Indrudu comes. Chandramma and Sourya go to wash their hands. Chandramma sees Deepa and goes to greet her. Sourya calls Chandramma. Chandramma goes to Sourya hearing her voice. Deepa thinks it is Sourya and says about it to the doctor. Doctor says she might be mistaken. When Doctor’s mother and Deepa go to wash hands. Sourya sees Deepa and goes after her. Sourya later recalls what Mounitha said and thinks she might be mistaken. Chandramma takes Sourya back to the table.
Deepa, Doctor and her mother reach Sangareddy. Doctor shows the flexi’s and shows Deepa her Aunt and says she has a lot of influence here. Deepa gives an idea that if we take her help to reveal Karthik the truth. Doctor says her Aunt doesn’t believe anyone that easily and says she trusts this village people a lot. Doctor’s mother says she will talk to Rajya Lakshmi. While they are driving the Indrudu’s auto overtake them. Deepa laughs at Doctor thinking he is absent minded. Doctor hearing Deepa decides to overtake the auto. After the doctor’s car overtake. Sourya thinks they are racing with them and asks Indrudu to overtake them again. After Indrudu overtakes them. Sourya makes fun of the doctor. Doctor seeing this decides to warn them. Deepa stops him and tells him to drive slowly. Doctor agrees.
Mounitha and Karthik reach Sangareddy. When they get down they see eye donation camp. When Karthik sees the eye donation camp he thinks of recalling his past. Mounitha seeing the camp tries to take Karthik away from there. Karthik says to Mounitha he is recalling something but he couldn’t completely recall what happened. Karthik and Mounitha go to the camp. Deepa and Doctor see Karthik’s car and look for them and they find them in the eye donation camp. While Karthik and Mounitha are filling up forms to donate their eyes. Deepa comes and calls Karthik.

Precap – Doctor to take Deepa to his Aunt Rajya Lakshmi. Doctor introduces Deepa to Rajya Lakshmi and tells Deepa about her and request for her help. Rajya Lakshmi agrees to help them. Karthik asks Mounitha where is Deepa’s house? Mounitha asks Karthik why is he asking for Deepa’s house? Karthik says if we solve her problem with her husband then she will stop following him. Deepa calls for Karthik seeing him. Karthik asks Deepa to take him to her house. Deepa agrees.
