The episode starts with Viny comes to Mounitha clinic in Varanasi auto. Mounitha says Varanasi, this Viny is coming from Kerala and she don’t leave like Narsamma. Viny says this auto driver bashed you on the way, why he is angry at you. Mounitha says you will know it soon and she asks Varanasi to call her as sister too as he is wife of Karthik too. Varanasi leaves saying she can ne er become his sister and Karthik wife. Mounitha says very soon, i will make you and Basti people realise that I’m wife of Karthik too.
Deepa thinks how to repay Rudrarani loan in this way, hope we pay it on time. Rudrarani stops Deepa and tells her that she won’t repay her loan by roaming in this way and i won’t let you earn money. Deepa says i stand strong if you create hurdles so move from my way. Rudrarani says i understand that you can’t pay my loan so im giving you sankranti offer i.e give one of your daughter to me. Deepa raises her hand. Rudrarani says time is nearing so you have to pay the loan otherwise give me Rangaraju or your daughter. Deepa warns her to stay away from her kids and tells her that she will pay the loan. Rudrarani asks if God will come to pay their loan. Deepa says who knows god or Goddess will come, she leaves from that place. Rudrarani coudnt understand reason behind Deepa confidence.
Karthik reaches to home and notices their is no rice at home than he searches for money but he coudnt get anything and he feels worried thinking what to take to kids as they are hungry at school. Deepa thinks i can’t get defeated in Rudrarani hands so I must do something to pay her loan as Doctor Babu also worried for her than she drinks soda. Soundari asks Aditya to stay at home and tells him that she will take his Dad to naturopathy clinic as change of location may heal him. Aditya says he will pack the luggage and makes arrangements for their travel. Soundarya agrees.
Karthik comes to hotel and he don’t have money to buy the food. Owner asks Karthik what he wants. Karthik recalls Kids are hungry at school than he tells to shop owner that he needs meals parcel but don’t have money to pay him. Shop owner says it’s hotel and we won’t serve for free. Customers asks them to serve quickly what they want but it won’t happen because they have only one waiter. Karthik says it’s just 100 rs so give me as i will pay in the evening. Shop owner says don’t talk like you’re owner of crores and learn to value the money.
