The episode starts with Deepa seeing Mounitha and Karthik in the eye donation camp. Karthik asks Mounitha to fill up the form. Deepa greets Karthik and reminds Karthik of the word that he gave and asks why did he come here? Karthik says he gave a word to Mounitha just like her that’s why he came here and forgot about it. Karthik asks Deepa why is she here. Doctor reminds that Deepa’s native place is this. Karthik understands. Mounitha takes Karthik away from there. The camp people say to Mounitha that she hasn’t filled the form. Mounitha says she will fill later. Mounitha takes Karthik away from the camp. The doctor shows the form to Deepa and says Mounitha is not able to write Karthik’s name in the husband’s place.
Karthik asks Mounitha why didn’t she fill up the form. Mounitha says she will fill up later. Mounitha says her friend is waiting for her and asks him to come.
Sourya asks Indrudu if he did Netradanam. Indrudu says he did. Sourya still doesn’t trust him and says we will go and check. Chandramma says he might have really done it. Sourya leaves the topic hearing this.
Kaveri tells Mounitha she is very happy that they came this time to watch the festival. Mounitha also says she is happy. Karthik asks Mounitha if it is their native place or not? Mounitha panics hearing this and tries to cover it up. Karthik asks Mounitha then why is she talking with Kamala as if they came here the first time. Kaveri says her name is not Kamala and it is Kaveri. Kaveri says you can’t recall my name that you heard just now and how can you recall the festival before you saw. While they are talking Narasayya and his wife come and asks Kaveri where should he keep the clothes. Kaveri says to keep them at a side. Kaveri signals Narasayya to start the drama. Narasayya sees the signal and greets Karthik on how he is. Narasayya also praises Karthik that because of him his daughter is able to go to school today. Narasayya leaves from there. Mounitha says she is still sending them money on behalf of him. Karthik recalls him taking responsibility of Sourya’s studies but he can’t recall it completely. Karthik says to Mounitha what he is recalling and Mounitha tries to cover it up. Karthik argues with Mounitha saying that he recalls everything from what she is saying? Kaveri says to Karthik that whatever he is recalling is just his illusion and asks him not to think about it. Kaveri asks Mounitha to take Karthik for some fresh air. Mounitha agrees and takes Karthik away.
Doctor, doctor’s mother, and Deepa come to Rajya Lakshmi’s house. Rajya Lakshmi greets the doctor and asks about Deepa. Doctor introduces her to Rajya Lakshmi and requests for her help. Rajya Lakshmi agrees to help and asks Deepa what is her problem. Deepa says to Rajya Lakshmi what happened with her. Rajya Lakshmi says she can’t believe that their village people helped Mounitha in acting. Deepa convinces her and asks Rajya Lakshmi to believe her. Rajya Lakshmi says we will talk about this after the festival. Deepa agrees. Deepa says she will go look for Karthik. Doctor asks her to freshen up and she agrees. Rajya Lakshmi talks with Doctor and his mother about Deepa.
While Karthik and Mounitha are walking few girls see Karthik and greet him. Mounitha asks Karthik if his suspicion is over as everyone is greeting him. Karthik recalls that Deepa’s native place is also this and asks Mounitha to take him to Deepa. Mounitha asks Karthik why is he talking about Deepa. Karthik says if Deepa’s problem is solved then she will stop following me right. Mounitha says there is no need and takes Karthik away as she sees Deepa. Deepa still comes and greets Karthik. Karthik asks Deepa to take him to her house to meet her husband. Deepa asks him to come. Mounitha stops Karthik and asks Deepa why does she harass her all the time and starts blaming Deepa. The bystanders also support in favour of Mounitha and say what will Mounitha do if Deepa is not leaving you. Karthik hearing this says to Deepa that his mood is not right and he will meet her later.

Mounitha says even if Rajya Lakshmi helps her it is of no use. Deepa says today Karthik will know that she is playing a drama and Karthik will come with her. Mounitha reminds Deepa that she will go to any lengths for Karthik.
