The episode starts with Anurag removing Bajaj mask and gets shocked seeing his face. He’s about to stab Anurag but Anurag handles him. Prerna comes running to Anurag room and finds the room locked. She keeps knocking when Bajaj says the real reason for marrying Prerna is Kukki. She says that both Kukki and Prerna loved each other a lot and he blackmailed her to marry him. He says how he later fell in love with Prerna Kukki wakes up and leaves the room while Mohini too wakes up. Everyone comes down and sees Moloy injured and gets shocked. They panic and call for the ambulance.
Prerna finally opens the door and gets shocked seeing the scene in front of her. She shields Anurag and reminds Bajaj about why she married him. Prerna and Anurag have an eyelock and all their moments from their meet to till now flashes in their mind. Bajaj fumes and pushes Prerna but she shields back once again. She says that she’ll not be alive if something happens to Anurag. Kukki comes there and gets shocked seeing them. She with great difficulty calls Prerna as mother shocking everyone. Bajaj gets happy. Kukki comes forward despite Prerna’s protests and skids and hits a glass vase breaking her head. Everyone rushes to an unconscious Kukki.
Prerna keeps shouting for Kukki to wake up. Both Kukki and Moloy are rushed to hospital and everyone cries for them. In Bajaj side doctors treat Kukki and nurse comes out.

She says that her condition is critical and needs to arrange blood. Later she comes back without blood and Bajaj gets worried. Mohini comes there and accuses Bajaj for her husband condition. Doctor comes out that Kukki has lost lots of blood and needs blood immediately but they couldn’t arrange ab- blood. Bajaj says that he’s b+ but Prerna says that she’s O- and universal donor She’s about to go when Mohini stops her. She says that she’ll die if donates blood and Prerna gets shocked.
Bajaj tries convincing Prerna saying that she loves Kukki but she’s still confused. He leaves to arrange blood himself. Doctor asks them to arrange soon as it’s very critical. Prerna is about to donate blood but once again Mohini stops her. Prerna says that Kukki’s first word is maa and she’s her mother. Anurag says that Kukki is like his daughter and he will not be in peace if something happens to his daughter. Prerna looks proud at Anurag and they both share an eyelock. She leaves to donate blood.
Mohini accuses Anurag for taking Prerna side. She says that she thought she hated Prerna as she’s a maid’s daughter but no. She says that she hates Prerna because she came between her and and her son. She warns that if something happens to Moloy then she’ll never forgive him. Anurag and Anupam tries explaining her about Prerna’s sacrifice but she turns deaf ears. He finally gives her the Prerna’s confession video and she gets shocked seeing it.
