Episode starts with Prerna dressing up the wound on Anurag’s hand. Then Anurag tells her how he has never accepted Komolika as his wife and never put sindoor in her forehead. Prerna is surprised and then asks about Diya. Anurag says Diya is adopted. He tells her how he used alcohol after she left and one day he said he wanted a daughter and Komolika heard it so she brought Diya with whom Anurag got attached in just few days. Anurag says Komolika took advantage of my attachment with Diya and told everyone we were a happy family but now my family will be complete with you Sneha and Diya.
Prerna smiles and nods yes. Prerna also says she never remarried as she was angry with him but always remembered about good moments with him too. They both hug and say they will never get separated now. Anurag puts sindoor on Prerna’s forehead and then all the past moments whenever Anurag has done the same is shown. They take pheres. Then they hug each other and Anurag kisses her forehead and like always mata rani’s chunri comes and falls on them, covering them.
At Basu mansion, Malloy found Mohini unconscious. Molloy helps Mohini and does her dressing as blood is coming out of her head. Mohini then regrets how Komolika always did wrong and she supported her because of status and power. She says she always knew Anurag loves Prerna and can do anything for him, I always denied that relationship just because of what people will think about our class. Mohini cries, then she realises that Komolika has hired goons to kill Prerna and they will kill Anurag too as he is protecting her. She tells all this to Malloy, they both then decide to go to police station.
Here, Komolika says she can never see Anurag and Prerna together and how her and Mr. Bajaj’s plan failed and Anurag and Prerna are together. Komolika says I had no option but to kill Prerna. Nivedita and Anupam are shocked. Just then Anurag and Prerna enter holding hands. Komolika and Mr. Bajaj are shocked.
Komolika fumes with anger and says I wont let you both be together. Anurag sees Mohini with a dressing and asks her what happened and he goes to her. Mohini says Komolika. Komolika tells them how amazing it was that he blackmailed Anurag to that level that he left Prerna, but actually I should have killed Prerna instead. Komolika tells Prerna as because of Mr. Bajaj only Prerna was strong enough to come back to take revenge from them.
Komolika turns and takes a knife and keeps it behind her back, hiding it. She comes towards Prerna. Komolika then narrates how she was the one to kill Viraj, as Viraj was alive when he fell from the hill top but Komolika found her and killed him with a stone. She adds just like how I will kill Prerna. She stabs the knife but Mr. Bajaj comes in between then Mr. Bajaj takes the same knife and stab Komolika. Mr. Bajaj then falls and tells Prerna how sorry he is and to take care of Kuki like her own. He also asks Anurag to keep Prerna happy and safe. Anurag and Prerna cry and want to save him but both Komolika and Mr. Bajaj die.
The story takes one month leap and we see, Anurag in washroom asking for a towel to Prerna. Just when she goes near. Anurag hugs her and tries to get romantic. Then they run in the room and fall on the bed. Just then Sneha enters, Anurag pretends that Prerna is crying but they both have no answer when Sneha asks why she is crying. Sneha then tells them they know that they both like to irritate each other and then spend lovely time with each other. Then they do sweet pillow fight.
