The episode starts with Kashi telling Mahadji that she will stay happy and will never meet him. Mahadji says she can’t punish him like that. Kashi replies she is punishing herself. He chose a life partner for her whom she doesn’t like. Now she will live this life and will suffer. Kashi tells Mahadji to leave. Mahadji pleads her to open the door, saying what will he tell her mothers. Kashi replies he will tell that she is happy. Radhabai tells Mahadji to return back without meeting Kashi. She will meet him after being normal. She adds Kashi is really stubborn, and her family is responsible for that. Radhabai says she will change Kashi’s habits. She won’t be able to fulfill her duties if she remains the same. Mahadji says that Kashi’s stubbornness is her strength. Radhabai should not try to change that. It’s his request. Radhabai says now Kashi belongs to them after marriage. So Mahadji’s wishes make no sense. Balaji tells Mahadji to not take her words seriously. Mahadji gets emotional and says he thought Kashi will stay in her maternal home for some days, but it won’t happen. Balaji allows Kashi’s siblings to stay with Kashi. Mahadji leaves upset.
Bajirao opens the window and sees Kashi is crying. Kashi opens the door and hugs Ganga. She tells that she didn’t open the door as she couldn’t have controlled her tears in front of her father. She sheds tears. Bajirao brings her favourite flower petals and throws at her, saying she should smile now and forget her sorrow for some time. Kashi gets delighted. Radhabai comes and scolds Baji for wasting his time in doing all these. Bajirao leaves. Radhabai tells Kashi to come to her room. Balaji asks Baji, Kashi needs him right now as she is upset. Chimaji says Baji cheered her up already. Baji tells Balaji that whatever Radhabai or king Shahu did to Kashi was wrong.
Radhabai asks Kashi the meaning of a wife. Kashi says Bajirao is her enemy, so she has no idea. Radhabai tells her to become Baji’s wife in true sense. Kashi accuses her of trapping her in this marriage. Radhabai says that Kashi is intelligent, to which Kashi replies the latter did so much to her, so how can she expect her to be stupid. Balaji says Kashi should vent out her anger, and she can even punish her in laws. Kashi says she is not anyone’s puppet and she never dreamed of something like this. Radhabai gives her a list stating about Baji’s daily routine. She says Baji should not miss doing any of these things because of Kashi. She should take care of that. Radhabai tells Balaji that his son is a warrior and he should encourage Kashi to become a warrior’s wife. Balaji nods, and then he tells Kashi to fulfill the duties playfully. Kashi says everything is going good. Mahadji tells his wives that Kashi didn’t meet him. She considers her marriage as punishment. Shiu says the marriage is not good for Kashi. Mahadji praises Bajirao and then says he will wait for the day when Kashi will forgive him.
Kashi asks Baji who is she for him. Baji gets confused and she gives him his routine. She says she is not his slave thus she can’t run after him all the time to check what he is doing. Bajirao says he can’t tell this to Radhabai, else she will rebuke Kashi again. Krishnarao suggests both of them to take care of each other’s daily routines so that noone feels like a slave.
