The episode starts with Katha telling Raghav that he will be her family always, but she loves Viaan. She then asks Raghav to tell her what she has to do now. Raghav shows her the ring box shocking everyone. Katha feels disheartened but tries to accept Raghav’s decision, thinking he wants to marry her, but Raghav opens the ring box. Both Katha and Viaan get surprised. Viaan recalls his proposal to Katha with the ring. Katha gets emotional. Raghav tells them both that this is the ring Viaan proposed to Katha with. He then tells a poetry about love. He then encourages both Katha and Viaan to start afresh by giving them a ring. Katha and Viaan stare at each other emotionally. Raghav asks Katha and Viaan to thank Ehsan, who is the reason behind all this. Vanya gets surprised. Ehsan, thanks, Raghav. Teji and Katha share an emotional hug. Raghav asks Katha to promise him that she won’t repeat this again. Katha agrees. Everyone gets happy and emotional.
Vanya asks Ehsan why he didn’t tell her about his plan. Ehsan tells her that he would have missed her angry smile, which is the cutest, if he informed her before. Katha gets worried, thinking her decision will hurt Ruhi, so she decides to change her mind, but Raghav assures that nothing such won’t happen and then calls out Ruhi. Ruhi, Aarav, and Vikram arrive there. Ruhi and Katha share a hug.
Raghav recalls his conversation with Vikram to convince him to let him make Katha realise her decision to marry him is wrong because she loves Viaan. He also says to Vikram if Katha and Aarav won’t be able to accept him fully as a husband and son. Vikram questions Ruhi’s feelings and who will get hurt because of his decision, but Raghav assures him that he will handle her. The FB ends. Ruhi says to Katha that Raghav made her understand the difference between love and fear, so she decides to choose the love she has for her. Katha gets emotional and promises to be with Ruhi as a mother always. Viaan shares his gratitude towards Raghav through a sign, and the latter smiles at him.
Katha takes Aarav’s hand in hers. She advises Aarav to express his disappointment and anger towards her and Viaan if he feels they have done anything wrong. Aarav remains silent. Viaan tries to speak with Aarav but hesitates to see Aarav’s reaction. Raghav stares at them both. He recalls meeting Aarav in his room at night. He deliberately provokes Aarav, saying that Viaan isn’t a good father, but Aarav recalls his moments with Viaan and defends Viaan. He also admits that he misses Viaan a lot. Raghav encourages Aarav to forgive Viaan and accept him back. He also says that they have to stop Katha from committing a mistake. The FB ends. Aarav hugs Viaan, which makes everyone happy and emotional.
Later, both Katha and Viaan look happy. Viaan apologises to Katha for leaving her in a helpless state while Katha shares her fear with him. They both promise not to leave the other person ever. After a year, Viaan enters the office with Ruhi and Aarav. Both of them argue with each other about their plans. Viaan gets stuck between them, then shares his idea and convinces them for it. Jeetu bhai arrives and informs Viaan that they got the Sydney project. Viaan gets happy. Ruhi and Aarav leave with Neha to have cheese pizza. Viaan meets Katha in his cabin. Katha shows him her medical report. Viaan gets surprised learning that Katha is pregnant and gets emotional. They both share a hug with a smile on their face.
