The gorgeous and talented actress Kim Go Eun might be starring along with the beautiful and versatile actress Jeon Do Yeon in an upcoming drama together!
On January 18, STARNEWS reported that actress Kim Go Eun is in talks to star in the new thriller drama “The Price of Confession” (literal title).
In response to the reports, a source from Kim Go Eun’s agency BH Entertainment shared that the actress is positively reviewing the offer to star in the upcoming drama ‘The Price of Confession.’”
“The Price of Confession” portrays the story of two women surrounding a murder case. Initially, the drama was supposed to be helmed by director Lee Eung Bok of “Descendants of the Sun” fame. However, due to scheduling conflicts the director declined the offer and the project will now be helmed by director Lee Jung Hyo of “Crash Landing on You” and “Doona!” fame.
Previously in December, it was reported that Jeon Do Yeon is in talks for the lead role in the upcoming thriller drama after Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee departed from the project. Although Kim Ji Won was to join Jeon Do Yeon in talks for the drama earlier this month, STARNEWS reported that the actress has turned down the offer.
If both Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Go Eun accept the offer to star in the drama, this will be a reunion for the actresses since their 2015 film “Memories of the Sword.” Currently, Kim Go Eun is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film “Exhuma,” which is scheduled to hit the theatres in February.
