Madalsa was promised that the story will revolve around Vanraj, Kavya, and Anupama. The story after Kavya and Vanraj’s wedding focused on Anupama. Madalsa quit the show after the leap. She made her exit official later.

During the masala segment, Kavya, aka Madalsa, was asked about her experience working with the Anupama cast. Madalsa called Rupali Ganguly two-faced. She also stated that Sudhanshu Pandey is generous, Gaurav Khanna is a joker, and Alpana is sweet.
Madalsa’s comment didn’t go well with the show lovers. They called out Madalsa’s diplomacy. Madalsa earlier said that she didn’t have any issue off-screen with Rupali Ganguly.
