The episode starts with Sonakshi making her children ready for school while her father is on video call with her. He looks at Sonakshi’s dead mother’s photo. Sona is trying to handle household work and office work. She leaves bidding bye to Ishwari and kids. Dev meets with Sona and Natasha asks isn’t their marriage day is the same month. Dev says yes and says its been 9 years that they stopped giving much importance to it. Sonakshi says she’s getting late for her work but Dev asks her to stay as more investors are present there. They play dumb charades and gets reminded of old times.
However Dev couldn’t find out the answer disappointing Sona. Natasha asks Sona if everything is fine between as she don’t find the same spark and chemistry between them like last time. Sona says its been long since they got married and now they’ve two kids. She says they no more can’t be the same as they were young. Natasha says she learnt love from them but she couldn’t see the love anymore. Sona says their love is as Strong as a titanic when Natasha says that even titanic sunk due to a small ice berg.
Dev and Sona are on their way in car while Sona is lost in Natasha’s words. A guy rash drives his car and gets into an accident. He gets admitted while his son sees him getting carried away. Ishwari is putting kids to sleep and Dev comes there. Ishwari asks about Sona and he says she’s working overtime and asks if she’s tired looking after kids. She says nothing like that and asks him not to worry. They both share a moment. He gives her paan as her Sugar level is under control. She says it means the world to her. He takes her blessings and says it means the world to him.
Sona comes to Dev with coffee and finds him drinking Green tea. She asks when he changed it and he says it’s been a month. Dev shows the newspaper to Sona stating about an accident and Sona identifies it to be the same as they saw yesterday. They discuss about how unpredictable life is when the admitted guy call Dev Dixit’s name in sleep. Sona is feeding poha to kids when Suhana says that she doesn’t like it. Sona scolds her and asks her to have it as its healthy. Ishwari asks her not to scold kid and goes to make Parathas for Suhana.
Sona gets upset and Dev comes there. He notices the atmosphere and Shubh says about the rift between Sona and Ishwari. Dev praises Sona’s poha when Ishwari brings Parathas and serves it with lots of ghee to Suhana. Sona calls it unhealthy but Ishwari brushes it off. She serves Dev too but soon notices the tension between him and Sona.
Sona scolds Suhana for not informing about her project before hand and calls Dev for help but Dev gets call from hospital and nurse asks him to come to meet the patient as the patient is asking for him. Dev gets Sona’s voice message but he apologizes her saying that he can’t come. Sona complaints about Dev not helping her but Ishwari supports Dev. Sona later calms her daughter and apologizes for scolding her. Dev comes to hospital but he couldn’t identity Rohit Verma.
Rohit apologizes him on his death bad and reveals the biggest truth of his life that Suhana is his daughter while the one who’s with him is his son Anshuman. Dev gets utterly shocked hearing and refuses to believe it but her says how he gave money to Nurse as he needed a boy child and exchanged babies in delivery ward. Dev is shocked to the core while Rohit breathes his last after revealing the truth to Anshuman.
