The episode starts with Mihika seeing Prachi staring at Ranbir. Mihika tells Divya that Prachi is not good like Manpreet said. Divya sees Manpreet going near to Prachi. Divya says they will get caught. Prachi tells Manpreet that she is going to prepare her favourite food. Manpreet asks what food. She receives a call and goes aside to talk. Mihika sees it and says work will be done.
Prachi enters the kitchen. Sangeeta asks Prachi what’s she doing in the kitchen. Prachi says she is preparing Khichdi for Manpreet. Sangeeta comments her food is always good. Ranbir comes to the kitchen. Sangeeta leaves the kitchen.
Ranbir asks Prachi if she is ok as Mihika is upset with her. Prachi says to Ranbir that Mihika is a little obsessed with him as she loves him.
Mihika says to Divya that she is going to kill Prachi as Prachi is trying to steal Ranbir.
Ranbir asks Prachi if she loves him. Prachi feels shy. Ranbir compliments Prachi seeing her shy. Ranbir tries to light the matches to help Prachi.
Mihika and Divya talk about Ranbir. Sangeeta comes and says Ranbir is in the kitchen. Mihika and Divya go to the kitchen.
Ranbir sees that the matches are not lighting so he decides to bring matches from the Mandir. Ranbir leaves from there. Prachi searches for the gas lighter and finds it.
Prachi is about to light it but Mihika stops Prachi and asks Prachi where is Ranbir? Prachi says Ranbir went to get matches from the Mandir. Mihika and Divya leave from there.
Ranbir realises that he has a cigarette lighter in his pocket. Ranbir goes to the kitchen. Ranbir says to Prachi that he has a cigarette lighter in his pocket. Ranbir sees the gas pipe is cut. Ranbir pulls down Prachi. Prachi lights the gas lighter. A fire catches in the kitchen.
Everyone hears a blast. Akshay and Abhay stop the fire and they bring Ranbir and Prachi from the kitchen.
Prachi scolds Ranbir why does he always do this. Ranbir takes off his coat and Prachi sees that Ranbir’s back is entirely burnt. Visakha asks Prachi to stop scolding as Ranbir saved her. Prachi asks Ranbir to sleep on his stomach. Prachi asks Ranbir why does he always do this? Ranbir says he was only trying to save her. Ashok asks how did the kitchen catch fire. Mihika says it might due to a gas leak. Manpreet says it is not possible as they put a new pipe 2 days ago. Mihika sees Prachi caring for Ranbir and leaves from there. Divya goes after Mihika.
Akshay says to Abhay that everything is not going right. Akshay says Ranbir is saving Prachi and becoming a hero infront of her. Akshay says he should be in Ranbir’s place and save Prachi. Akshay says he has to do something to prove himself better than Ranbir. Akshay leaves from there.
Mihika complaints to Divya about Ranbir and Prachi. Mihika says to Divya how she tried to kill Prachi this time by cutting the gas pipe. Abhay eavesdrops on their conversation.
Akshay comes to Ranbir and thanks him for saving Prachi. Akshay later takes the credit of saving of both Prachi and Ranbir from the fire. Akshay later leaves from there. Ashok recalls the doctor’s words.
Ashok comes to Akshay and tries to explain to Akshay not to get upset at Prachi when she is close to Ranbir. Akshay asks Ashok to leave from here and says he doesn’t need his advice. Akshay closes the door on Ashok’s face. Abhay comes and says to Akshay about Mihika trying to kill Prachi.
Akshay hearing this comes to Mihika and argues with Mihika for trying to kill Prachi. Visakha intervenes between Akshay and Mihika. Akshay says to Visakha that Mihika tried to kill Prachi by leaking the gas. Akshay warns Mihika that if she tries to hurt Mihika again then he will kill her. Visakha stops them and says Manpreet knows everything about them. Visakha says if Ashok knows about their deeds then he is not going to leave both of them. Visakha suggests Mihika not to do this kind of stupid things again. Ashok overhears their conversation.
Manpreet asks Ashok what is he thinking about? Ashok says it is time for them to face reality and send their children to a far away place from them.
