The episode starts with Alia asking about when her pregnancy happened. Rhea says when she went to go to Ranbir she stopped at Prachi’s room. At that time Ranbir and Prachi had a big fight. Prachi said no to show his fake concern to her. Prachi pushed Ranbir out of her room and asked him to leave. Ranbir left to his room and started drinking heavily. Rhea went there and tried to talk to him. Ranbir asked Rhea why doesn’t she say to Prachi that he was forced to marry her as she threatened her with suicide. Ranbir says to Rhea to tell Prachi that he married her in forced circumstances.
Ranbir then sees Rhea and thinks it is Prachi and asks her for forgiveness. Rhea takes the chance and acts as Prachi and she says she forgives him. In his drunken state, he thinks Rhea is Prachi and sleeps with her. Alia says she sent him there not to sleep with him and says you made a big mistake. He slept with you thinking you are Prachi now he will never forget her. Rhea says he doesn’t care who he loves.
Rhea says she only wants his surname and his seed. After that even if he sleeps with a hundred woman she doesn’t care. Alia says you are talking like Prachi. Rhea says yes. Rhea gets vomiting and goes to the sink. Alia says pregnancy is not a joke you will be going from room to the bathroom and bathroom to bedroom. Rhea says yes by seeing her sacrifices Ranbir might love her.
Alia says maybe it’s a good thing. With this whatever the chance of Prachi and Ranbir getting together is almost gone. Ranbir goes to the home he bought and thinks of his memories with Prachi. Pallavi says she doesn’t know what is going on in this house. Nobody is being seen not you and Ranbir. Rhea says she has vomitings. Pallavi says she knows that’s the reason she asked her to take a rest. Pallavi asks Alia if you can stay with me to receive guests. Alia says sorry and she says she came here to check on Rhea. Pallavi and Rhea go to receive guests. One of the guests come to Pallavi.
Pallavi introduces her as Mrs. Agarwal and asks Rhea to take blessings from her. Rhea takes her blessings and Mrs Agarwal asks where is Ranbir’s wife who is pregnant. Pallavi says Rhea is pregnant. Mrs. Agarwal says I saw a photo of Ranbir with Prachi and I thought she was pregnant. Mrs. Agarwal says if she said something wrong. Rhea gets hurt hearing her words and walks away with tears in her eyes. Pallavi goes after Rhea and she didn’t give her a gift and she says she will make Prachi not stay in the house. Alia thinks very good Rhea you made good use of pregnancy.
Ranbir thinks of his promise he made in this room and that is to never leave her. Ranbir decides he has to stay with Prachi as she is his life. Ranbir puts his hand on Prachi. Prachi asks him to stay away from her. Ranbir says he loves her. Prachi says you lie everytime and you break my heart. Ranbir hugs Prachi and doesn’t leave her even if she pushes him. Prachi thinks of Rhea and pushes him away telling him to stay away from her. Shahana talks to Alia and she warns her if she doesn’t find Prachi in an hour she doesn’t know what she will do.
