The episode starts with Pragya going to the cold storage and Prachi saving her and Abhi is shown in flashback. Prachi urges Sid to catch the goon who tried to kill her parents.
Sushma also asks him to catch the goon. Sid runs after the goon. Prachi finds Pragya and Abhi struggling to breathe and asks Doctor to check them. Sushma says that it’s good that she called her there. Police arrests goons and asks who sent them. Tanu is with Mahesh who offers her drink. Tanu says that she will have right after she hears their death news. Police who came there at same time hears the confession and arrests Tanu and Mahesh. Tanu asks why they are arresting her. Gaurav says that it’s Abhi and Pragya’s plan due to business rivalry. Police says that they are not even in their senses and says that it’s the goon who took Gaurav’s name shocking them. Police arrests every one and drags them out.
Ranbir comes home and call s for Prachi. Rhea looks angrily at him when Ranbir asks whether they haven’t returned yet. Rhea says that they didn’t go for any chemist but for date. She says that Prachi is ruining her life. Ranbir asks her to shut up and says that they are his wife and brother and he trusts them. He leaves angrily while Rhea fumes. Prachi looks at Abhi and Pragya who getting treated and gets emotional. She recalls her moments with them. Rhea calls Shaina and says that she tried a lot to convince Ranbir that Prachi and Sid are having an affair but he doesn’t believe her. Shaina asks her to do something big so that Ranbir gets to believe that they have an affair.
Sushma advises Prachi to stay strong as nothing would happen to them. Doctors comes out and says that since they oxygen mask was removed they both went to coma with loss of oxygen. Prachi and Sushma got shocked hearing it and Prachi rushes into the ward. Sushma shouts at the Doctor to sue the hospital as she can’t lose her daughter again. She says she’ll take her abroad for better treatment. Prachi cries seeing Abhi and recalls her moments. She then asks Pragya to wake up as her place is not here but with them. Doctor forcefully sends her out of the ward.
Ranbir comes back to speak with Rhea and apologizes for behaving rude with her. Rhea once again tries to instigate Ranbir against Prachi and Sid. Ranbir gets frustrated and scolds himself for trying to talk with her. They hear door bell ring and finds Prachi and Sid standing outside. Prachi runs and hugs Ranbir. Ranbir asks what happened when Prachi says that both Abhi and Pragya have gone to coma. Rhea is equally shocked hearing it and recalls her moments with Abhi. Ranbir asks how it happened. Sid says about overhearing a guy’s conversation about Abhi and Pragya and rushing to save them. He says that they were locked up in cold storage room and have gone to coma due to lack of oxygen. Ranjit asks her not to worry as nothing will happen to them when she’s there. Rhea fumes seeing it.
