A new promo released on Wednesday (today) teases an intense hospital scene marking Karan’s grand comeback. He is seen arriving at a hospital and encountering Prarthana (Pranali Rathod), Preeta’s daughter, who’s desperately searching for her missing mother.
As emotions run high, Karan is moved when Prarthana tells him, “Aapni maa ko,” to which he emotionally responds, “Main aapni Preeta ko.” Soon after, Preeta is seen being wheeled past on a stretcher, her hand brushing Karan’s, sparking a moment of familiar connection.
This promo follows the conclusion of Kundali Bhagya in December 2024, a successful seven-year journey for Shraddha Arya. In an emotional post, she reflected on the journey, sharing how deeply connected she is to the show and her character.
