Episode begins with Karan visits the same temple as Preeta. Srishti hope that priest don’t ask about Rajveer’s father name. Karan thinks that he came to do puja on Shaurya’s name on Dadi’s behest. He asks God to forgive him if he made any mistakes then because he don’t know much about puja. He stands beside Preeta. They don’t see each other. Srishti seems them together and she takes Preeta from there.
On the other hand, Shailendra enters his house with Avinash. Shanaya hugs Avinash. Avinash tells Palki that his patient need doctor and he can’t take care of her because of his schedule. He asks her that if she can take care of his patient for 12 hours. Palki agrees to take care of Avinash’s patient. Avinash tells her that he will take her to his patient’s house. Shanaya asks them to drop her.
In the temple, Karan tells his, Preeta and Shaurya’s name to priest. Srishti tells Preeta that she took her aside to ask how much takshina she should give to priest. Preeta tells her that the latter can give as per her wish. Srishti lies to her that she is feeling dizzy. She asks her to stay with her. Preeta tells her that she know the latter is lying. She asks her to sit there and take rest if she is tired then. She says that she has to sit for puja. Srishti sends her to bring water for her and she wears veil and she sits for puja.
Priest asks her about Rajveer’s father name. Srishti murmurs to him that Karan is Rajveer’s father name. She sees Preeta coming with water bottle. She goes to her and drinks water. She forces her to wear veil to sit for puja. They sits for puja. Karan could not see their face because of veil. Karan and Preeta sees each’s other hands. He takes Preeta’s name and he coughs because of smoke. Srishti takes Preeta from there. Karan searches Preeta.
Avinash takes Palki and Shanaya to Luthra house. Palki gets shocked seeing Luthra house. Shanaya asks Avinash that if Palki is going to visit this palace every day for work. Avinash nods at her. She asks him that if there is any vacancy for fashion designer. She tells him that she did diploma in fashion designing. He takes them inside the house. He introduces Palki to Rakhi. Rakhi tells him that she know Palki already. Kavya comes there and hugs Palki. Shanaya introduces herself to them. Rakhi says that Dadi will become fine soon if Palki treated Dadi then. Avinash leaves for hospital. Nidhi sees everything.
Kavya takes Palki to Dadi’s room. She tells Dadi that Palki is the doctor who was suggested by Avinash. Palki says that she was not aware that she is coming to take care of Dadi. Kareena says that she is glad Palki will take care of Dadi. Dadi tells Palki that many years back one girl came to take care of her like the latter.
