Episode begins with Preeta enters the clinic. Mental hospital staffs searches someone and one of them tells Preeta to close all the doors and windows because one mental patient escaped from their hospital. Preeta screams seeing someone then realises that, that’s Mahesh. He asks her to save his family and Karan. Mental hosptial staffs enters the clinic and drags Mahesh from there. Mahesh pleads her to take him home saying that he don’t want to go with them. She asks them to leave Mahesh because he is not mad.
Staff tells her that Luthra’s only send Mahesh to mental hosptial. She recalls that how he told her that he always wanted a daughter and she can approach him whenever she needs her father. He tells her that she also need to support him whenever he needs her. She promises to support him and he blesses her. He tells her that she can marry one of his sons so she can stay with him always. She comes to reality hearing Mahesh’s scream. He tells her that he is not mad and asks her to save him. Mental hosptial staffs takes Mahesh from there. Preeta follows the van and reaches the mental hospital.
In the hospital, they ties Mahesh and gives shock treatment to him. Preeta asks Doctor to stop but he ignores her. Staffs takes Preeta from there. She asks Doctor that why he is giving shock treatment to Mahesh. She tells him that she is Mahesh’s daughter. He tells her that Mahesh is not in his sense now. She tells him that Mahesh talked to her normally. He tells her that Mahesh’s condition worsening. She tells him that she want to meet Mahesh. He tells her that their hospital staffs would have dropped Mahesh in Luthra house.
Srishti calls Preeta and tells her that she is missing her so much. Preeta tells her that she will return at 6pm and asks her to not miss her. Beeji asks Srishti to take care of her. Later, Nurse tells Preeta that her assistant will join her from tomorrow. Preeta asks her to send the patients. She examines the patients. She recalls that how Mahesh asked her to save him. She calls Nurse and informs her that she has to leave and asks her to call the next shift Doctor and leaves the hospital.
Srishti calls Preeta and tells her that she is planning to order snacks. Preeta tells her that she will be late because she has to go for home visit and that’s her old patient. She leaves for Luthra house.
Srishti informs Sarla that Preeta will be late today but Preeta’s tone sounded weird like how Preeta used to sound when she cared about Luthra’s. Sarla tells her that Preeta forgot Luthra’s and brings Sameer’s topic. Srishti tells her that she is not in contact with Sameer. Beeji talks about her marriage. Sarla asks Srishti to bring her mobile.
